I was doing a new crochet project - Finn Fox. It was probably because my tension was too loose, but I ran out of yarn before I had finished. It was going to cost me £10 to get just one more ball because of the delivery charge. I was not happy about this and contacted Rool Couture. In the end they kindly sent me another ball of yarn, rather than me having to undo everything and start again on a smaller hook. Very good customer service.

I received the Learn to Knit box for a Christmas present. I absolutely love it, as a complete beginner it has a variety of things to knit to give you plenty of practice and confidence. I enrolled on the free webinar and received a recording of it, which I refer back to when I am unsure of how to do something, its such a great help. I have bought another knitting kit and seem to have the bug for it! I'm so happy I found Wool Couture :-) Learn how to crochet is next!

My shipment wasn’t sent untill 7 days after the order was placed which is longer than their advertised delivery timeframes. Extremely long compared to industry standards.

I became a bit puzzled on a pattern. Emma got back to me straight away and explained in an email the bit I couldn't understand. They go way above any other company I have dealt with.

I knit the giant snake and it turned out beautifully. I cannot say enough about this company and their team! They are very quick to respond to questions and have been with me every step of the way.

I’m a complete beginner at knitting. Purchased a baby blanket kit from Wool Coture. Beautiful soft wool, the videos and guides were easy to follow. I made a beautiful garment.

I needed advice about a knitting pattern , l received a reply straight away with suggestions of help. The prompt advice and help was very helpful and the contact with the company was absolutely great , well done! and thankyou .

I am a beginner and was excited to start. The packaging is great, but my first chunky yarn for a cowl - had a break in the middle which ruined my work and had to start over. The second one (yellow yarn) was for a beanie and lo and behold, another break in the yarn which was simply knotted over. The quality of both yarns were inferior to ones I got from another company. Very disappointed with the quality of the yarn. The instructions and packaging were great though.
Update: Wool Couture explained how Spinners knot can occur and their customer service response is quite impressive. I have since accepted that perhaps the yarn I ordered was not quite the same type as the one I got the first time.

Placed an order on Friday 12th December, not realising at the time that due to high demand the processing time was 6 days. I needed the wool to finish a project for Christmas, so I emailed to ask if it could be cancelled.

To my absolute delight, Maria replied and said she would make sure it was sent out that very day so I could receive it by Saturday. The wool arrived the next day, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful.

The people are lovely, every question I've had they've answered and have helped find yarn that is out of stock to match the shade I needed when I'd not ordered enough. Really helpful and kind and nice! :)

I ordered an easy knit cardigan kit from this company.i did have a few problems as although I did a tension square I realised I was going to run out of wool.I emailed them and asked me to send photos of my knitting and they very kindly offered to send me an extra ball of wool which is why I am giving them a 5 star review.
Also the pattern and wool is very easy to follow as I have not knitted for many years as I can no longer crochet.
I would definitely recommend them as they were very prompt in answering my problem and rectifying it.

I had some questions regarding amount of yarn needed and number of loops to cast on for my first project. A brilliant company. I ordered a scarf kit as a Christmas gift with a gift box, it arrived in a couple of days and it's gorgeous. The wool is in the gift box with the instructions and all wrapped in tissue paper. The gift box is lovely with the company logo in the top right hand corner and beautifully wrapped with a grey ribbon. The staff are friendly and helpful and I would 100% recommend this company.

I ordered already long ago, but the service is amazing! First of all. They have really great stuff and my mom will come soonish and i bought all that for her as a christmas gift that comes earlier. But it is gorgeous. I needed to wait. But so it sometimes is. When you have the patience all is good. And I bought a lot for her. So I am very happy - they are coming also very fast to you, answering all questions and I am very very happy. Thank you and you got someone with me.... I tell you that!

My husband bought me the Poppy Penguin kit and I've loved doing it. There's enough wool included for me to make two! I'm a beginner so I got a little confused with one part of the pattern. I emailed Wool Couture asking for help and they replied very quickly. They also sent me a video, showing me how to create the bit I was confused about. This solved my problem perfectly. Great company, great product and great customer service.

The customer service team at Wool Couture are super helpful and quick to reply. I had an issue with my order, contacted them at night and heard back the next morning. My order was dispatched the next day. Thank you Maria for your help. The wool is really good quality, and as a beginner, the manual provided alongside the youtube tutorials have made this a really good start to a new hobby. Will be buying more from them in the future.

I have bought many knitting kits from Wool Couture, such good quality wool and fabulous patterns. Staff are always so helpful and quick to respond if you have a problem with understanding a pattern.
