Very helpful
I spoke to Sofia this morning who was so very helpful with my order. I was having great difficulty with getting my payment to go through. Sofía sorted it out and also saved me an hour round trip to pick up my order (now delivering to my door). Thanks Sofia 😊

Having a really bad experience 2nd time…
Having a really bad experience 2nd time around I got a voucher for exchange but my second order has been lost by the carrier ordered last month but wordans will not reply to any of my emails the cattier is asking me to contact wordans but there phoneline says to email but no reply, if I dont get a response I will be taking this further

I've been in contact with the same customer service personnel the whole way through i can with great appreciation say Sofía was her name and she is a pleasure to deal with aswell as very professional. This company should be proud of such lovely service.
