Flora, the moderator of the community, is very accommodating and genuinely warm in her approach. She makes people feel comfortable and heard, always responding with kindness, patience, and understanding. Her supportive attitude and positive energy create a welcoming experience, making interactions with her both pleasant and reassuring.

Its an excelent place to search for remote work , Flor, the comunity manager is very kind and always help you with the process , the pay rate of the companies is competitive and the interviewers are very polites too, fully recomended

The admin of the site is friendly and reaches out to people to provide guidance, it is a very community centeres site by the looks of it, I love that!

what made my experience was the community support . The company has a community which helps you tackle day to day life by posting job openings , offering support when needed and posting topic questions which encourage engagement with othe rmembers. the community has guidelines which protect the members .
