I wanted to share my experience regarding a recent application I submitted on this platform. I came across the Content Moderation Specialist position and applied, confident that my three years of experience in content moderation and four years as a Quality Assurance Analyst in content moderation would set me apart. My expertise in reviewing content, identifying issues, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance aligns well with the role’s requirements.
However, despite my qualifications, my application was rejected without any explanation or attempt to connect with me. It’s disappointing to be dismissed without an opportunity to showcase my skills and experience.
This experience has been frustrating, but it serves as a reminder never judge a book by its cover. But this website judge the book already without even tryin to connect .I hope companies take the time to assess candidates fairly and provide constructive feedback in the future.

The company is well organized. As soon as you get in, they ask you to fill out your profile to be updated all the time.
I've found some job opportunities. However, they didn't suit me. I'll keep on learning and looking up new job vacancies.
