In this price they should give us Resell Certificate which i did not received from them and they told me that we wont give you this because we are not offering this, Also just for this work they took 4 months

They only need is money they won't reply after you pay the amount, Not recommended at all.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Workhy. I paid $300 for their ITIN service, expecting a professional and reliable process. However, it's been over six months and I still have not received my ITIN, nor have they provided any meaningful updates or assistance.

I have contacted their support multiple times, but all I get are generic responses, no actual solutions, and zero accountability for the delay. I paid for a service they clearly cannot deliver on.

What’s worse is that they have refused to offer any refund or compensation, even though they have failed to meet their promises. It feels like this platform is a scam that is just taking people's money without delivering any real value.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before using their services. It’s been a complete waste of time and money. I will be reporting them to the authorities and looking into legal actions for the fraud they have committed.

Needed a PayPal account for my freelance web design services and I was recommended to open a company in the UK and within 10 days my company was formed and I was able to create my my account at an affordable price and my account manager was helpful and supportive in the whole process.

I would definitely recommend their service.

I purchased their service for LLC formation and I was contacted by their Associate named Dawood. First they trap you with sweet talk and then they dont even bother picking up your calls or see your messages. before my payment Dawood talked to me for about an hour trying to satisfy me from all angles but i hadn't done any online research of the company that was my mistake. He told me there will be prompt communication and we'll create whatsapp group and you don't need to worry about any thing... LET ME TELL YOU THEY ARE LIARSSS..... sure my LLC was formed but it is useless because the address they used for the LLC is used for dozens of other LLCs as well. They are not picking up any calls or messages they are just pure theives

So i was contacted by their rep dawood may be because of this review. he conducted recorded google meet sessions and tried to talk me in his way i dont know what was that about but long story short the address they use for almost all llcs is 30 N gould street sheridan wyoming. And guess what this is a flagged address amazon has flaged it, facebook has flagged it, i dont even want to try it on stripe or anything else. When i told them about this they say its not their peoblem if the address is flagged they promissed an llc and they provided it End of story. just try googling this address theres tons of articles about scams and frauds commited by the companies registered on this address but the rep replied by giving me the example that if someone was murdered in a building plaza then the report would say that the murder happened in ABC building but it doesn't mean that that whole building is bad, but it also doesnt mean that i'd go to such a murderous building to test my luck. I'd look else where. Similarly if they had known about this address being flagged they should not have conrinued usining the same address for new companies. And if they didnt know about it then they are irrespinsible and dont care about their customers. The final resolution he provided me was to spend amother 450 or 500$ to upgrade my plan to be able to change address

the worst experience I ever had to go through

Spoke with a representative in Pakistan names Dawood, he seemed very pushy and needy in the start however after taking my time and listening to what workhy had to offer I tried it and instantly loved it.

Pro:
- super easy to use
- got my registration in less then 2 weeks
- good coordination via WhatsApp

Cons
- State tax are high
- price can be better

Anyone who needs to open a company or like me just needs a company to open PayPal/ international transactions account this is a great solution for less then 1 lac

I used Workhy's services for over a year for my Estonian company, and I finally had enough and switched providers.

- The accounting service they provide is lacking. Despite marketing themselves as a solution for non-residents navigating Estonian regulations, I found myself having to follow up on almost everything. When issues arose, I was blamed for not understanding the local accounting rules, which is ironic considering their service is supposed to simplify this process for people like me. This is exactly why I used their services, after all.

- A significant problem was their customer service. My inquiries would often go unanswered for days, sometimes even weeks. When they did respond, it was usually with the same repetitive apology: "Oh, sorry, you're right, we missed that, and we're trying to improve." After a year of repeated mistakes, these apologies lost their sincerity. Meanwhile, I was left dealing with the consequences, with no real accountability from their side.

- One particularly frustrating experience involved waiting a month for them to finalize the pricing for my annual report. They assured me I would be informed well in advance, but just days before the deadline, I had to reach out to them again. And their partner's response? "It's a bit late now; we might not get it done in time." This was alarming, especially since I had been proactive in following up. They eventually completed the report, but the unnecessary stress was something I could have done without.

- Communication between Workhy and their partners in Estonia was also problematic, leading to conflicts and leaving me stuck in the middle of the confusion for many times.

- The final straw came when I discovered that we had not been registered for the OSS scheme at all, despite the fact that our business activity required it from the very beginning. We were unaware of this requirement, but it is precisely the type of guidance we expected from professional accountants. Instead, they insisted that it was our responsibility to know and handle this. At that point, I had to question what I was actually paying them for if I was expected to manage these critical aspects myself.

These are just a few examples. If you value your time, sanity, and peace of mind while running your business, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere and stay away from them.

I had high hopes for Workhy based on their range of services, including company formation, tax preparation, and EIN/ITIN applications. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. I initially signed up for their services on January 12, 2024, with the expectation that all necessary documents would be provided within one month. As of June 12, 2024, I have yet to received these documents total three months wait. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution or clear communication from their side. Moreover, I’ve noticed some reviews that seem overly positive, which raises concerns about their authenticity. I hope this feedback helps others make a more informed decision and encourages Workhy to improve their service and transparency.
