The best thing about Worksection platform is it offers a very straightforward and clean project management experience without any unnecessary complexity specifically their combination of task management time tracking and reporting which has been included all in a single platform makes it very easier for us to manage or multiple projects charts and reports based provide as a clear timelines progress which is very helpful for teams like us when handling multiple projects simultaneously and also their interface is very intuitive so onboarding new team members made easier.

We've been on Worksection for over 5 years now. We use it across several of our companies to manage client projects and assign work, and even for personal stuff - my wife and I assign each other tasks at home. The system does a great job keeping everything organized thanks to its clean, simple interface. We tried various local and international tools before this, but nothing clicked the way Worksection did. Worth calling out: the pricing is genuinely competitive for this market - one of those rare cases where price actually matches quality. The team's support is responsive, and the product keeps getting upgraded. I can say with full confidence: Worksection is the most convenient solution we've found for our day-to-day problems.

The first thing any experienced manager sets up is a reporting system, and Worksection nails that for me. Support responds fast and genuinely tries to help within what they can do - sometimes it feels like they go above and beyond. I use the platform to automate almost everything, down to getting the whole company's contact list onto every employee's phone in a few clicks. It's a lot simpler than MS Project - simple enough that architects and engineers can just sit down and start using it. A few task dependencies aren't built in yet, or aren't as smooth as in MS Project. The help docs aren't fully translated, which means occasionally emailing support instead of finding the answer myself, though they handle even my dumbest questions with incredible patience. Employee avatars are a bit small, which gets awkward at scale, but they've said that's getting fixed in an upcoming update. Rolling it out across a big team, it's not always easy to spot who hasn't started their timer yet. Bottom line: it helps you see what's actually happening.

We've run our task management through Worksection since January 2015. We use it daily and manage 25+ projects a month through it. We rely heavily on tasks and subtasks, comments, and private comments that only our agency team can see. We track time on it every day, so we always know exactly how much internal work costs us. It helps us break a client's complex project into stages and sub-stages, assign deadlines and owners, and keep everything transparent for the client - they can see progress and understand who's doing what and how much is left. We also lean on the reporting a lot, both to show clients what we've delivered and to calculate staff pay based on completed work. I can confidently recommend Worksection to digital agencies and any company that bills clients for employee time.

Reliable, runs like clockwork. Tons of useful features for managing projects: Gantt charts, calendar, multiple task levels, kanban boards - too many to list. Combine those with tags and statuses and you can shape the whole system around your own process. Roles and permissions work well too. Support is fantastic - fast, straight to the point, and in 5-6 years using this platform, they've never once let me down. Pricing is more than reasonable. Honestly, I can't find a real downside. Tons of getting-started guides and examples, so you're up and running fast. Reports are clear and actually useful, and the whole product just feels well thought out. My favorite part: it doesn't try to be everything like most CRMs do - no bloat.

We run a digital agency — around 20 client projects live at any given time, and we bill by hours. Before this our time data sat in a spreadsheet someone updated on Fridays, badly. Now the timer runs inside the task and the month-end report basically is the invoice. The other thing was client access: we give a client their own project, they watch progress themselves, and I stopped writing status emails. Mobile app is fine for checking in, less so for actually working.
