The quality of the table is impressive. The resin finish and wood details show a lot of skill.The biggest improvement area would be communication during production. A few more progress updates would help customers feel more confident while waiting.Still happy to have this unique piece in our home.

Beautiful Table.
I bought our beautiful table working with Wendy. It came out very nice, Looks great. I received artwork to approve, updates all the way through the process, even up to when it was delivered. There were no unexpected cost or any other issues. It's just great. If I can figure out how to attach photos, I have some to post.

The table is so beautiful.I highly recommend this company. Wendy went above and beyond to get the product delivered. As client you need to be patient since it takes around 4 to 5 months to get it, the wait is worthless since you will have an high end product.

World Custom Table did a horrible job at making the table I ordered. Not only was the height wrong, it didn't even look like the picture on their website that I specifically wanted! I have all the emails that were very specific on what I wanted, and they still got it wrong. They refused to pay for return shipping. So I am out $176.00 that I had to pay to return a table that they made incorrectly. Don't order from this company!

We were a little nervous. Never heard of this company just found it online one day. Paid in full at time of order. Our table is absolutely gorgeous. We get so many compliments, it is a showpiece. It took a couple of weeks longer than we expected. But is was delivered as expected and just like we ordered. So happy with the quality.

The table is exactly like what we ordered. The packaging was extremely protective.

Everything went great. It was fun designing it. Communication was terrific. It took longer than I expected but my only knowledge came from You Tube. Then things went South when lt was finally finished. It took months to get it to me .it arrived as a dining table when it was clear up front that it was intended to be a coffee table so I had to go buy new legs. The $600 set up fee should be $100. Those are the reasons I did not give the highest rating. At the end of the day, the table ls beautiful and the craftsmanship is outstanding

The table looks even better in person. I was worried about shipping, but it arrived perfectly packed. Assembly only took me around 20 minutes. Definitely worth the wait.

I recently received my dining table. It is absolutely stunning. Definitely worth the wait for a true custom table. If you are considering obtaining a truly center piece for your home I highly recommend it.

The level of service and communication on the step to step progress is top line. I need to add that Wendy went above and beyond to ensure the table was delivered on time as promised.
I had a very important family event and having the table delivered and set up prior to my event made the whole experience much more special.

I placed my order, they followed up with me during the process to make sure everything was turning out the way I wanted, and my table was delivered right into my dining room and set up. I didn’t have to do anything except respond to a few emails!

UPDATE: I stand corrected...not a scam. My Wife LOVES the table and let me tell you...that woman does not love easily! Would give 5 stars had it not been for the 4 month wait and the fact that I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get traction.

I'm almost to the 4-month mark. I disputed the charge on my credit card since I have 4 months from when something hits my statement to dispute in the event the "Merchandise/Services Not Received."

if it shows up, then I can rescind the dispute; however, I'm getting a feeling this is not a legitimate vendor nor website.

SCAM don't buy a table here ! I ordered a table here over 3 months ago . Still haven't received it . I get responses but every time they keep telling me next week it'll ship.

We placed an order for a conference table months ago, Wendy has been very evasive on when it will ship, won't give us a date. We originally put down $3,000 and she wants us to pay another $4,700 before we ever see it. It looks like a scam and getting worse every day. Beware of this company. Will keep you posted on the outcome.
