Fabiola Gutierrez is the best representation this company has. She is amazing with communication and getting everything I needed done. If it wasn’t for Fabiola Gutierrez I would’ve gone to another company. I thank her so much for her work and patience. She deserves a lot more from this company. Product was amazing and I will tell more people about it. 10/10 in everything

Rodolfo the GREAT!!!

Rodolfo and his team made things super easy to navigate through the first order process. They also followed through after the order was placed and jumped through the hoops to make things happen. World class customer service for sure!! Thank you team!!!

Payment structures are hard to figure…

Payment structures are hard to figure out and not clear when working in your system.

The system is tough to find correct colours and is confusing compared to others.

I sent an item to be direct embroidered…

I sent an item to be direct embroidered and at first they didn't receive it but a day later it was acknowledged which was wonderful to hear.
Glad they email to let me know what is going on.
Communication is the best medicine.

It was my first job as I was looking…

It was my first job as I was looking for a new vendor. Charged me for revisions when your embroidery was terrible. Paid American prices when it was done in Mexico. The quality was terrible. Charged me tax when I emailed resale certificates they refused to credit my card back for the tax. china does not-charge tax - and is 20% of the cheaper and quality is better. Will never use this company. I will make sure everyone knows about it.

Lack of Customer Service

WE only read part of my email not to the very end. They didn't see my notes in my email so I received the incorrect name crests with the wrong color of text again. WE requested me to send a pictures again on 2-4-26. I am still waiting for a response on this issue. Terrible service, this order has help up orders for our Customers now for 4 days.

I have been getting my orders delayed…

I have been getting my orders delayed which really causes a strain in my business. Also I have had orders come in wrong and have had to reorder.

When another company made the wrong…

When another company made the wrong size patches, I searched for another company who can make them quickly and get them to me by Christmas. I contacted 8 or 9 companies but only Rodolfo at World Emblem was willing to try to help. They not only got them done quickly but even sent me a digital proof for me to approve. In addition, when FedEx had a delay, they reached out and went above and beyond to do what they could to get my order to me by the promised date. That's true service and dedication to their clients. I should note, the patches are perfect in size, design... just awesome!

At Cintas we always strive for success. In this particular time, we needed to show our partners our appreciation for them. However, the time was against us, and here is where the great WORLD EMBLEMS came to the rescue not only helping us to embroidered almost 200 pieces in a short time but always giving us the best customer service. We can say that World Emblems is part of our success as well.
