Orders continue to have missing emblems…
Orders continue to have missing emblems or the entire order shows shipped but we only get literally one or two names in. Seems like our order might be going somewhere else.

Next day delivery
Our biggest problem is getting the emblems delivered on time. At least once probably twice a week either they are held up in delivery or they were not released from world on time.

Your website doesn’t function properly. Your agents don’t read their emails. It’s been six days of calls and emails and I still don’t have the silly patch reorder completed yet. The entire process with your company is exhausting.
