Everything I ask for they delivered
Everything I ask for they delivered! Fabiola my representative was very professional, polite and speedy with answers to my questions. New Designs took 2 weeks before shipping so prepare for time constraints.

Production continues to fail
Our orders keep coming in less complete. Not only that but the pieces that come in are often poor quality. Customer service continues to be the best. Alma Duran and Alberto Romo are always processing the remakes as best and fast as possible. They get 5 stars in my book. Production gets more like 2 stars.
