Worldwide Cruises レビュー

I saw a cruise advertised and it was just what I wanted. I booked the cruise on the phone with Eddie who was very helpful.

Very friendly and informative agent. Made everything clear and easy.

Eddie was very meticulous in explaining our travel details to us. Very professional

I found Jessica the advisor very knowledgeable.
She was efficient and helpful with the booking of my cruise.

Early morning booking very polite had it booked within 30 minutes great itinerary 3 ppl no problem cruise and nashville just need to pack

This was very simple from viewing the cruise we wanted and making contact. Eddie responded immediately to our request. In addition to email he also phoned to see if there were any queries we wanted clarification on. Every query or question we had he responded immediately and was quick to assist on flights from an alternative departure point. We were very happy with the speed and professionalism of Eddie. This is our first time visiting Asia and he's made the hesitation of booking the unknown very comfortable. Thank you Eddie.

Absolutely 5* service from Worldwide Cruises ... been dealing with this company for 3 years now.. booked 4 cruises & always been so helpful and knowledgeable.. very quick to respond when I ask questions .. & I ask a lot 😊😊

Courteous, efficient staff (Eddie) and prompt responses to all my enquiries.

What a totally fabulous experience we’ve had with Eddie at Worldwide Cruises when booking a special birthday celebration. Nothing seemed too much trouble and he put together a great package that means we will be able to make fantastic memories. Very easy, very professional, good value with some extra touches and we will certainly be repeat customers if this is anything to go by. Thank you

Very quick reply from first sending a request for information about a cruise. Eddie was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.

Mo was very helpful and thorough looking for the best options for my holiday and travels.

This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

Jessica was a great help and completed our booking in a very professional manner, answering all our questions to date

Excellent service, cheaper than booking directly, Great communication. Have used them 3 years running now. Some great advice given about booking transfers with booking.com so much cheaper than the cruise line. Very reliable also. Paul

Excellent and patient assistance from Jessica Llewellyn throughout the entire process which was especially welcome as I had never booked for a cruise holiday before and this is going to be an important family holiday. Would definitely recommend. Thank you very much Jess!

This is the 4th Cruise I have booked with Mo and everything is so straight forward and clear with him Quick and easy with no fuss. Just want you want when booking holidays. Will certainly carry on using him in the future.
