Horrible company. Lie and don't communicate. I ordered a flat iron to be used in Europe, not UK. After I paid, they emailed me that they don't have the one I ordered, but have one exactly like it. They provided a link to view it. The link went to a weird website that wanted me to set up an account for selling. I informed them that the link was incorrect. They sent me a different link. The item appeared to be virtually the same as the one I ordered. I told them okay to move on that one. They never send any updates on your ordered item. I would have to continually check in with them. I needed it for an overseas trip, so there was a deadline to receive it. I ordered it almost 4 weeks before I would need it. I had to check in with them to find out if it is on the way. They would never just send me a shipping confirmation. They just copied and pasted something that showed it is shipped. Very vague. I received it the day before I was to travel. It was not the correct item. It was a flat iron to be used in UK only. It was worthless for my Europe trip. The other weird thing is it came from Amazon. Evidently, they order from Amazon somehow and try to sell through their own site. I had no time to return it prior to leaving on my trip. After I returned I emailed them to let them know the item was not what I ordered and asked what I need to do to get a refund. No surprise they have not yet responded. STAY AWAY from this company if you don't want to get ripped off.

So i ordered a meat grinder from World Wide Voltage which also goes by Sam Stores. I received the grinder the following week but it was the wrong item. I notified them that i needed to return the product so they sent me a Return Merchandise Authorization to fill out. This is when the issues started. They wanted me to pay $20 shipping for their mistake and i said No Way. After a couple emails AND phone calls they finally sent UPS to pick up the package. When they sent UPS for the pick up, they sent them with a Damaged pick up tag even though the product was just fine. This was World Wide Voltages way of getting out of paying for the shipping by claiming it was damaged. They received the return 9 days after i ordered it. Well 3 weeks later and i still haven't gotten my $170 refund. I disputed the charges with my CC company after multiple calls and emails with World Wide Voltage. Stay away from these guys!!!!!

I ordered a panasonic cordless phone and after two days of the ordering date i got a call from them saying that it is out of stock. So i cancelled the order and ordered other phone. I called them to confirm my order and they confirmed me it would arrive after 3 to 5 business days. But i never received any. So, Called to inquire about the order and they said it is cancelled and that too on the customer request and they are very rude. I never cancelled the order. The worst experience ever. Worst customer service

Honestly, I wasn’t sure about the quality as I was ordering for the very first time. The product was exactly as advertised and delivered on time without any issues. I liked the service, especially the packing. Expecting a hassle-free after sales service. If I find it good, then I will definitely prefer shopping from your website for further requirements.

World Wide Voltage has been my husband's favorite online electronic appliance shop. His job demands him to travel a lot to UK, so he gets all electronics as well as large appliance from here. A month ago, my husband ordered a new 220 volt food processor, It’s from Black and Decker with some new convenient features. I recently ordered a region free DVD player from this individual which turnrd out tot be defective. Seller emailed a return form to fill out and sign, which I did and emailed back to him. He then stopped all communication and ignored me. Stay away from this person, he is totally dishonest and does not honor his own return/refund/exchange policies.

Second experience of using this vendor to purchase multi-standard electronics. This time a dual SIM Nokia model not easily found in the US (domestic) workplace. Came through with a fair price and flying colors.

I tried to contact them by e-mail to ask some questions about a product in their online store before I make the purchase as the information I need to know is not listed in the website. However, I did not receive any reply until now. I wish they respond ASAP, or at least put enough information in their website for the product as no one wants to buy any product before they know the product condition, color, etc.

I have an excellent experiment doing business with this company. I bought some appliance & Electronics goods for my new house. Customer service is awesome with price.
Prices that no one can beat. I got 99% of product knowledge help from staff & timely manner delivery.
So satisfied & recommend other to buy from this store.

Ordered a washing machine/dryer but was told it was back ordered. The company proposed an alternate machine, but the machine proposed ended up being a European model. Instead of refunding my money - or replacing said machine with the one I originally wanted- the rude, arrogant customer service technician refused to give us return information and suggested that I use an adapter. After waiting another two weeks for the adapter to arrive, we attempted to install the washer, only to find out that the pump within the washing machine is not compatible with U.S. plumbing or electricity. GE, the manufacturer, will not touch the product because it is a European model and thus not covered under US warranty. Company claims that we ordered the wrong part and the fault was ours, though they are supposed to be the experts on their product and recommended a product that does not work in the United States. Will be taking further action.
