I have had my first payment, two more to go. It’s wonderful, I know that I had a high commission and costs to pay, however I did not have a clue about the shares until WC contacted me.
I really thought I was being scammed!

Very quick process, had doubts initially but good communication from Simon and team cleared these.
Team are easy to deal with and happy to clarify any queries you may have.

Natalie was very helpful with everything. And made everything very easy. The whole team very professional and good at keeping you up to date.

I think 15% is a fair commission. 30% is extravagant

My experience with Worthington Clark has been a very good one!
Like anyone else, I was very doubtful, WC had sent letters to me a couple of times in the past, over the years, but I was too distrustful at the time.
This time round I was more confident that it was genuine, so took the plunge, there were problems due to my families suspicions, as well as my own, but eventually I went through with it.
I have so far received my first payment, with two more still to come, the first payment was pretty substantial, so lm pretty pleased!
I know it’s sometimes possible to sort these things out for yourself, but I’m the type that never would, so my experience with WC is as good as it could get!
Simon Bligh (CEO), was also courteous and very professional, and exceptionally patient!, so no fault there either! 5 star service as far as I’m concerned!

When I first got the letter I thought it was a scam and I was so wrong. Can not recommend Worthington Clark enough. Dealt with our claim in a friendly professional manner. Always willing to help and were really quick to sort out our claim.

There is a monstrous fee. Charging 1/3 of the total is what feels to me like paying a ransom to someone holding your money hostage. Surely a flat fee is appropriate as a large asset demands no more work than a small one, but it seems that we have subsidised others. Given the percentage seems to be completely un-negotiable, and WC have no obvious competitors, there is not even normal market pressure to exert.
Having said that, once we agreed to be fleeced, their performance was exemplary.

We were very skeptical when we were approached a couple of years ago about unclaimed monies. However we did some investigation into the company and decided to chance contacting them. We are very happy that we did as we have now received these funds.

Our experiecence was truly amazing from start to nearly finished , we were so hesitant in the beginning very wary ,but after reading other people's reviews etc we decided to go ahead ,we can honestly say every team member were quick clear in what was happening with phone calls emails etc ,within a few wks we have received part of our lost money that we never new of and wouldn't have known how to find ,it came in a much needed time ,to all the Team at worthington Clarke thank you for all your support,truly recommended pleasant experence xx

I think the process was very thorough and professional. I question the cost 30% plus gst was excessive
this was my parents legacy

They got on to it just waiting for final payment

They found dividends that i did not know about and answered every question i asked

Done a great job so far, very satisfied with the service
