Great website and so east to navigate

Hi
I bought a gift for my wife’s birthday, an event at a specific location with only 1 date and time
Send the wife the gift voucher details from Wowcher , the event is today , but apparently the gift voucher expire 2 weeks after I sent it to her
This feels like a rip off as it’s fir a specific one off event that is happening tonight
There is no customer service number and WhatsApp online is a complete waste of time and energy- basically being blocked for any contact
We have tried via the web robot too and they might get back to us in 2 weeks , that’s 2 weeks too late
The event is murder mystery in Aberdeen tonight with the company Murder 57

Easy to order and redeem. But the date changed by a month after I ordered, otherwise I would have given 5 stars

It could be a little bit easier with less steps !

Poor customer service. Genuine mistake over redemption of voucher, company took my money and very unhelpful resolving a genuine issue with voucher.
Will not be using again and would not recommend them.
I have contacted wowcher and you have not done anything to help. It is about a voucher that had expired before I had chance to redeem it and book the activity but was well within time frame for completion of the activity. You have taken over £57 and I cannot now book the activity .order number 50436412

Ordering and completing the order was straightforward now just waiting my item before I know if its a scam or not hopefully my order will arrive as it was in the picture

I purchased a voucher for a 10 seater rattan patio furniture set over a month ago and was told it would arrive within one week. It never arrived and I didn’t receive any kind of order confirmation from the merchant. Since then I have been messaging wowcher on their WhatsApp number almost every day and am continuously told to wait for further information. I’m at the point now where I just want my money back, but the “bot” has stopped responding to my messages. I’m out of pocket €350 and don’t know what to do to get my money back. Extremely unhappy with my experience.

I recently used Wowcher.ie to purchase a night away deal in Galway. I found the process to be straight forward and the deal was great value.

I was guided and prompted well throughout the process. I have just purchased another deal for a two night stay in Cork and found the process to be as seamless as the last time.

I would recommend it to others and have already recommended it to friends.

I have had the misfortune of downloading their app and then got bombarded with offers and emails. Somehow I ended up with a VIP membership that is paid every quarter and I have no idea how that happened. I only found out by going into my online account and seeing the payment to them. I contacted them to cancel and ask for a refund but guess what I was one day out of the cooling off period. I have since cancelled the membership and uninstalled the app. I will also put a block on my email to stop anything else coming to me. I emailed to ask how to cancel as everything has to go through a bot on WhatsApp which was useless in me trying to get the bot to understand the issue. The email reply just told me all about the great benefits being a member was not how to cancel. All in all a nasty experience
N.B. In fairness to wowcher they have sent me an email stating they will refund the payment as a gesture of goodwill so I've given them another star

Still no link for me to reply to their message, another £20 credit given since that was not loaded onto my account and 12 hour expiry time, messaged them 3 says ago not replied !! Wowcher

I am extremely disappointed with Wowcher. I tried to redeem two vouchers yesterday the first one was absolutely fine. The second one started ok but halfway through I received a what’s app to say they were having trouble finding my order.
The problem I have is that my Wowcher code expired yesterday.
I have received a what’s app this morning saying my voucher is now expired and I’ve lost it!!
I left numerous what’s apps during the afternoon and evening yesterday to explain the situation.
I think this service is awful I will not be using Wowcher again!
You should have a lot better and quicker response service!!

I brought a bed from cloud 9 beds. I have waited in 2 days now and my bed hasn't arrived. No answer from cloud 9 email. And just a engaged dial on the phone. Never use wowcher. Scam company.

Ordered garden furniture which was due for delivery on Jan 16th. One month later and still no delivery and only customer care is automated responses, Beware of this company.

Absolute disgrace of a company and the customer service is an absolute joke!
Ordered a mattress in October which arrived, but wasn’t the correct one. Still has not been resolved even after the evidence and photos sent and delivery date and order number sent.
Been absolutely no contact replies since my last 3 emails to them!
DO NOT order of them! They should be shut down!

I bought a voucher for an all inclusive holiday. Before purchasing I chose a date from the dates available on the website. I then paid for the vouchers and tried to redeem the vouchers as per the instructions. The vouchers were not recognised so I could not redeem them. I immediately made contact with wowcher and received an automated response which stated that they would respond within 48 hours, my holiday was due to begin in less than 48 hours. I then tried to contact the merchant/travel agent who are in the UK. I called multiple times and when I got an answer I was told that somebody would call me back. This went on for two full days. I finally got to speak to a person in the travel agent who advised me that I would need to choose a different date to travel, considering the original date had passed I was not surprised. He then advised that the original hotel was not available so I would need to choose a different hotel. I agreed and he gave me three options. When I enquired if all of the hotels were all inclusive he advised that none of the hotels were all inclusive, including the original hotel. I informed him that this was advertised on the website but he stated that it was not. He asked me to send him proof of this so I immediately went back into the wowcher site to take a screenshot of the deal. To my surprise there was no mention.of all inclusive on the site, they had changed the wording. I was so confused by this that I forgot that I had previously taken a screenshot of the deal to show my friend. I argued this with the travel agent but he was adamant that I was wrong. I then advised him that I wished to cancel the whole thing and get a full refund, he confirmed that I was not entitled to a refund because 48 hours had passed since I purchased the vouchers. I ended up having to choose a different hotel amd pay £199.00 extra for breakfast. After confirming the booking I checked the hotel website and realised that I would have saved over €136 if I had booked the hotel including breakfast and flights myself. I immediately made a complaint to wowcher who refused to offer me any reimbursement or acknowledge my complaint. I have a screenshot of the original deal from the website which clearly states that it is all inclusive but wowcher still refuse to acknowledge my complaint. This was a total scam and I will never buy from.them again. I would encourage others to avoid them too.
