If you are interested in buying knock off miners with forged SN, this is your seller. I had ordered an Antminer S21-200T and after a few weeks the machine stopped mining. I send it to the official Bitmain repair shop and here is what they wrote back to me in June 2026:
“The repair team found that this machine is a high imitation product with forged SN, not our company's product. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, but according to the after-sales terms, for machines with SN fraud, we can only return without repair.”
WOYOU declined any responsibility and gave me the birdy. So…my money goes into the garbage bin.

Terrible experience,Initially ordered 2 miners off their website paying by bitcoin.once the payment had gone through I got a WhatsApp saying they were out of stock even though they were still advertised on the site as in stock,they then offered me a used unit for £500 more grudgingly I paid as they wouldn't refund me...When the miner arrived it was missing the top and in poor condition but worked,my complaint was ignored and I was told it was a used unit after only 10 hours the psu shorted out so after complaining I was told I could pay the shipping for another but I gave up at this point £2500 down the drain 😖 AVOID TH8S COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I have approach them for Mining Hosting services. They do collect the cost of the rig, shipping to russia farm mining, and 1-Year electric costing.

the rig been randomly offline 7-14 days every 2-3months, then got 1 case they say my rig spoil need some cost to repair (offline another 1month).

and now missing in action and not replying.

Just beware dealing with WOYOU Miner

After this review posted, they did follow up my case and reimbursement what being left over.

I liked getting the regular shipping updates on my order. It was reassuring to know where my machine was at all times.

These are scammers, the company manager slipped me a wallet for payment (which is different from the wallet number in the contract) I noticed this after paying for the goods 🤦‍♂️ As a result, this company deceived me for 41600usdt. If I could give a minus number I would.we purchased a washing. machine paid money they took our money and today said of delivered it at 12.15pm. No delivery no item. No ability to phone the number or email for a refund or complaint. Will be taking it further with fraud dept with my bank if not remedied asap

Terrible delivery service from WUYOU!
My package was marked as "delivered," but I never received anything. No call, no message — the parcel simply disappeared.
Customer support is useless: either no response at all or they just shift the responsibility to the seller. No one can explain who supposedly delivered it, when, or where.
WUYOU is completely unreliable. I don’t recommend them to anyone.

I worked directly with Frank and had a stellar experience! Pricing and shipping was excellent and communication was great! Don’t hesitate to shop for your miners at Woyou, and ask for Frank. Thanks!

100% customer service. Great prices and amazing shipping. I live in Cali and my asic showed up in like 4 days. I highly recommend you use this business and work with customer service. Frank helped me it he put my mind at ease when making such an important purchase. He is also very knowledgeable with current asics and prices and will update you if prices dip or are on the rise. I had an issue with my miner and it took days for customer service to get back to me. They did fix it, which is good, but I wish their response time was quicker!

I bought 5 AL Boxes. The delivery was very fast. One of them did not meet the computing power requirement. After I contacted them, they directly replaced it with a new one for me. The service was great. I look forward to the next cooperation.

I bought an Antminer S21, satisfied with it, but the price dropped a lot within a month, which made me very unhappy.

The service is good, and the quality of the Doge III I bought is also good.

I visited their company before I bought it, and it made me feel pretty good. They explained the product material and design to me patiently.
