WPS provided an excellent pension advice service. Information was collected and importance placed on aspirations and plans as well as objective financials. The pension advice meeting went through all of my options and allowed plenty of opportunity for questions. Advice was well explained and showed thorough understanding of my needs and the financial aspects of each option. Just what I needed.

Most recent experience with WPS was excellent - clear, focussed and informed discussions about my options. Didn't feel rushed and took time to explain including busting some of the jargon.

I was lucky enough to be entitled to pension advice under my scheme benefits and WPS were appointed to to provide it. Kieran Ball who was the advisor was very clear and detailed, and whilst on this occasion his advice was similar to my thoughts I am sure if it hadn't have been, it would have been obvious as to why. From my experience I can only recommend them and Kieran.

Having said that, and having gone through the process, in my opinion the cost of WPS is a good investment.

I am approaching retirement, and used PWS to help me make an informed decision about my wants, needs and objectives for the future.

The process involved a few stages, culminating in a 1hr+ on-line 1-2-1 in depth discussion.

My adviser was clearly knowledgable about finance in general and my financial status in particular, using details I'd submitted at an earlier stage.

During the discussion, we went through my current income/savings and plans for the future, working out costings/estimates/affordability and covered the various options available.

The whole 'WPS process' makes you sit down and work out your finances, ready for discussion. The discussion gives a neutral, outsider's perspective and asks what-if questions you may not have thought of.

My personal experience with WPS has been fantastic. I used the company to move a private pension to a new provider. The service was faultless from start to finish. All the staff were constantly professional with a friendly attitude and always willing to help and support. Anthony and his team were constantly supportive and I have nothing but praise. I was also very impressed how they kept me constantly updated, l cannot praise the company highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to others.

Very helpful consultation with Andrew Bashford-Squires from WPS on my work pension options. His advice was well-informed, honest and understandable. He was incredibly patient with someone (me) who understands very little about personal finance and pensions. Would def recommend.

Used WPS (Simon Litchfield) to advise on Pension options. I started the process convinced I was going to take the transfer option; but following a number of detailed conversations, with Simon, regarding my expectations and future aspirations we chose to take the standard pension option with tax free lump sum. Despite my initial reluctance Simon clearly explained his rational for the advice which I completely agreed and understood. A huge thanks to Simon (WPS) for taking time to understand my position and bringing me around to making the best decision for me and my family. I would strongly recommend WPS for anyone looking for honest simply explained financial advice.

A bit pricey for using only part of the service, great staff very informative but unfortunately I didn't complete any executions but still had to pay for the full service so was left disappointed with the cost, sorry.......
