Shebaz, explained my options quite clearly and following the process was simple and easy.

My experience with WPS has been entirely positive. They take considerable care to understand a client’s individual circumstances through a questionnaire followed by a fact-finding call, before the client speaks with their assigned Financial Adviser. This means that the Financial Adviser comes to the call already very well informed and the subsequent conversation is all the more valuable. My Financial Adviser, Kieran Ball, has a very effective style, using enquiring questions and deep financial expertise to inform his thinking. I found the process extremely helpful.

All of my options were clearly explained and my questions were answered.

Not impressed, thankfully not my pension advice but my partner's, god forbid anything happens to him and I have to deal with them. Been sent ID information that is as clear as mud, after he emailed with no reply, we called the number on the letter couple of times as advised if any questions wanting to know if my ID is needed at this point and it's hopeless, no one can answer a simple question.

I have a section 32 buy-out pension with a defined benefit and a pot value which is only a little over the legal requirement for advice if the object is to transfer or liquidate this fund. Many companies refused point blank to discuss this with me because they didn't see any financial advantage for them. OneYou were very helpful and discussed all the options with the associated costs. Thoroughly recommended.
