Prompt, alerted when shipped, gave refund of shipping promptly when messaged that I had spent the $75 minimum to have free shipping. High quality, minimum warming required. The veggie life worked ok, there was a limit on the original so could only order 1, but I think they put a mini original in too

I placed my order 8/1 and JUST received it YESTERDAY 9/10! I don't know what went wrong with your delivery service, but I hope it improves as the Wrawp size I prefer isn't available on Amazon so I must continue to order directly through you. Service reminder to purchase Wrawp recently was sent to me online. Delivery went smoothly and quickly (Fullerton, CA, USA). Quality of the product has consistently been high for many years.

I was disappointed in that I could not get free shipping no matter how much product I added to the order. After going over $100 and not getting free shipping I took my order back down so that combined with the $15 and whatever shipping I was only doing a $50 order. Personally it was not worth the price to get that much shipping changed but I do like the wraps.

Since you don’t have a direct phone number it is very hard to get an issue resolved.
