I was in the process of renovating a very old kitchen. I had a vision but the contractor I was working with couldn't see the vision. I went into Wren on a whim and was blown away by my associate, Melody (College Point location). She completely understood what I wanted and was able to design it in just a couple hours. She left no stone unturned - she was very thorough. And very patient throughout the entire process. We had to make several changes along the way and she handled each with care and consideration. I had no problem with delivery and I am very pleased with the service I received.

My review is only based on the delivery of my kitchen so far. The 2 delivery men were fantastic, Kyle and David. Handled my kitchen with respect and care, they were both such lovely people, and treated my home with dignity. So far so good 🤞

My experience working with Wren Kitchens has been fantastic. Wren developed a beautiful design with our input that works perfectly in the new kitchen space. The new kitchen is radically different from the prior design since one wall was removed. The walkways around the island and work zones are perfect. The cabinets arrived assembled and my son and I installed them per the detailed layout provided by Mark, our Wren designer. He also provided advice as we installed the cabinets, crown molding and under cabinet lighting. The videos provided by Wren online were super helpful. We broke on part of a drawer during installation. A replacement part was provided free of charge from their customer care group. I highly recommend Wren kitchens!

So the Wren kitchen experience was wonderful from the start. Never once were they pushy and our designer, Taylor Thomas, took her time and never rushed with our kitchen design. She explained every step of the way. Myself being a contractor, I understand the whole process and it was a pleasure knowing that Taylor also understood what it takes to remodel a kitchen.

Very knowledgeable help. Always responsive to my needs and questions. Skilled associates in their jobs.

The design and price were great. Everything after that was terrible. Poor customer service, poor communication. Not worth the cheaper price

Michele was really amazing with helping us pick out our desk kitchen. She also referred a contractor that is very good and accommodating. Both were amazing I would recommend Wren to anyone they lower you up to date on everything and were very prompt and on point and professional

Wren kitchen's does not know how to communicate with its customers. They have dropped the ball on 4 different days with delivering my order and the installers messed up the installation resulting in yet another delivery slot is required. I have taken off a total of 5 days from work to get the pieces delivered and installed and I still do not have all the correct pieces and kitchen is 80% installed. Very unhappy with how corporate is choosing to handle this. I will NOT recommend Wren Kitchens to ANYONE ever!!!!

Were so happy, we chose Wren Kitchens to redo our kitchen. The craftsmanship and quality of cabinets, countertops, sink and faucet was top notch.

From Malik, in showing our design and explaining clearly and in detail the outline of how everything will fit into place was incredible. And let's not forget Mike who came to our apartment to take measurements to a new level...everything and we mean everything fitted like a glove.

Great customer service and communication throughout the entire process, from start to finish. Provided excellent options within my budget and products look amazing and are of good quality.

The cabinet delivery with multiple issues- wrong color, missing parts, poor quality, the top drawers ( no facial design) since we were having issues Conor never intervene as we were not satisfied with Jocelyn and Rachel’s response. In the beginning the team were always on top of their game but after the deal was done…. They would refer you to customer service. I would not recommend Wren cabinet.

Great service, with knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. Great product selection in a large showroom. They took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how many times I stopped in to discuss. They followed up with 'checking in' calls and email. Wren also offered great financial incentives and terms. Great experience overall! Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend Wren Kitchens enough for the quality and service.
Our Kidderminster designer Amelia-Rose Bunn helped us to design our kitchen giving guidance throughout the process.
Together with their kitchen fitter, our beautiful kitchen was fitted in a week.. all rubbish was collected by Wren agents.. once again thank you Amelia for a superb service.

Overall - we love the cabinets, they look amazing, and are super strong.

The Company - well established, large company who has been making cabinets for years in the UK and now for some time in the US. It was nice be able to walk into a very large showroom (in Lawrenceville, ~25-30 full kitchen examples maybe?) to see what was available. When doing your kitchen, it is nice to be backed by such a large organization with a good reputation. It seems well run and managed overall and was good enough to keep us from even looking at the competition.

The Product - We really liked the product. We used their cabinets for our kitchen renovation. They do other things too, but we only used them for kitchen cabinets. The cabinets are very well made, all out of MDF, very solid and attractive. We got the Juratek (vinyl wrapped) finish, and it has a beautiful finish which should be easy to maintain. We did have a few defective parts where the wrap didn't adhere properly which were replaced without question but are made to order so factor that in. Once installed, unbelievably solid, I was able to do pull ups on the upper cabinets. They use plastic legs which some people don't like, but I found that makes for a much better installation due to the adjustability. The leg plastic feels a bit brittle, but when properly installed are quite solid. They are holding up our quartzite countertops which weigh up to 800lbs, no problem.

Lots of options in their catalogue for design flexibility and with the help of staff, we were able to do some really interesting cabinet arrangements.

The build on the cabinets could be a scosche improved. Nothing significant, but some of the edges were not perfectly aligned, the hinges were not all perfectly centered. I am a perfectionist, for most I suspect they wouldn't even notice.

Acquisition and installation - I'm a decent DIY'er, have never done kitchen cabinets, but was confident in taking on the installation myself. Their installation costs are reasonably high, at least this is what I initially thought. Turns out, since all their cabinets are frameless, the sides, tops and bottoms around each cabinet are cut to size and installed in place. This made for a much more involved and time consuming installation than just hanging pre-made, framed cabinets. In retrospect, their installation price I feel is fair considering the amount of work involved.

Everything came exactly on time, that was very reliable.

One thing to consider the Juratek is unforgiving. There really is no way to repair it so it looks good if you make holes in it for example, so you have to be super careful not to damage it in any way and when you install it, you have to hide everything (screws, etc) which required some ingenuity. Everything has to be done from the insides or non-revealing surfaces. When cutting it, you have to be careful about tear out as it is not easy to repair it. They provide a wax pencil and ink pen, the ink pen works ok for color, but the wax pen is veritably useless, does not mask well at all if there are tiny chips, etc.

When the cabinets showed up, I had a fair bit of boxes and packages for the installation. I did not go through everything to check for damage and I should have. There were some defective parts, and since I was replacing them as I moved along, each part took about a week to make and ship. After a couple of these, I went through the order and checked everything out. There were less than a handful of issues, which was not bad for my order which was over 20 cabinets.

Pre and Post Sales Support - pre sales was very accommodating. They spend plenty of time with you going through the showroom, figuring out what you like, going over options, and there are many! They put everything up on screen right away, and they also have a virtual reality station so you get to walk through your installation even prior to ordering if you like. Our salesperson could have been more adept at the software, we did sit for a while as he made changes we requested. I suppose it was ok all things considered since they were modeling it real time.

When we got to the topic of price, they weren't pushy but they do tell you they are having 'the best sales they've ever had' only to find they have these 'best sales ever' all the time. It appears to me they have a very high retail, then big markdowns (20-60%) to give a feeling of a good deal. We found their final pricing to be fair for what you get, so in my opinion, they should just start with that. I suppose this is not different than some others.

Post Sales Support - While going through the whole process prior to acquisition, I hadn't thought about this and it ended up being one of their strengths. Always available, very helpful, addressed all issues. A bit to get the showroom on the phone, but not bad.

We had a wonderful experience with Wren. From the designer/planner, installation, and then customer service. Whatever minor issues we had were immediately taken care of. The follow up was amazing and the quality of the cabinets was better than what I expected.
