Iâm extremely disappointed with my experience with Wren.
Before ordering, I had two surveyors attend my property and all measurements were confirmed again during the design appointment. Despite this, the wardrobes supplied were incorrectly measured and did not fit properly when I began assembling them.
As a result, I have now been left without fully usable wardrobes for 11 days, causing significant disruption to my home. This situation arose through no fault of my own, as I relied entirely on Wrenâs expertise and multiple checks to ensure everything was accurate.
I am also a wheelchair user, so having a functional and accessible living space is essential. The delay and lack of usable wardrobes has had a greater impact on my day-to-day routine and independence than it otherwise might.
While Wren have agreed to send replacement parts (cornices, end panels, and décor panel), I was advised that I would not be eligible for any compensation. Given the clear oversight and the inconvenience caused, I do not feel this is a fair outcome.
I would expect a company of this size to take more responsibility when errors like this occur.

This review is only for the experience I had today with Mya from customer service. My full review from the salesperson is a completely different story and review.
Today was day two of my installation of my new Wren kitchen and there were two major issues that I was told would happen by the installers and that was not the case. I ordered and paid for under cabinet lighting and was told that the installation team would install it but found out that I needed an electrician for that. Then I was told by the Pre-fit technician that my microwave was not up to code, that it had to be 30" above the stovetop. Found out that was not accurate, that 18" is all I needed. After talking to my salesperson about this issue and needed a mock cabinet to screw the microwave into, because the soffit above would not hold it. Never received what I asked for and would have ordered an upper cabinet had I been told the right info. Called Mya twice today and she was absolutely fabulous and cared about what I was going thru and so apologetic. She helped with everything today and even moved up my templating appt. 2 day's and ordered me the upper cabinet and didn't charge me for it as a sign of good faith with my issues. Mya really turned my stressful situation into a positive outcome which I am forever grateful for her patience and kindness. Thank You so much Mya you get 5 star's from me. As far as my salesman, I will be contacting corporate about his leaving out many details and his half truths. This is unacceptable!!

I had an outstanding experience with Heidi. From our first call she was friendly, professional and genuinely seemed invested in helping us. Heidi took the time to fully understand our issues and worked tirelessly to find a solution that met our needs. What stood out to me most was her patience and attention to detail. Not only did she promptly respond to our inquires, but she also kept us informed throughout the entire process thus far ensuring we felt supported every step of the way. Heidi really went above and beyond, taking extra steps like explaining in detail the cabinet face and not being glossy but matte. Itâs rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, specially when it was completely the opposite from how we began. We had a terrible sales representative and the store manager wasnât much better. If it werenât for Heidiâs dedication and care that she demonstrated this would have been a much different outcome.

I have emailed the manager when I ordered the missing cabinet, to expedite the delivery because it cost me labor and time for my project. They were unable to. Now it cost me a labor again. And they do not compensate for the error they made.

We have had nothing but problems with our order. All of the problems the designer and the team that was supposed to oversee the plans. There were 3 HUGE mistakes and we needed to call the customer service dept. This experience with Ashley & Nikki made the situation more bearable. These ladies went above and beyond to help us rectify the mistakes. They were both patient and helpful and helped us replace parts and worked with us to make the design work better. The kitchen is still not done as weâve had such huge setbacks but I just wanted to give a huge thank you and appreciation for the customer service support we have received.
Tried calling and emailing the designer and she has yet to return a call or respond to an email. Itâs funny but during the process of designing and buying the kitchen she was so attentive and the minute she made a sale it was like we no longer existed.
Do NOT shop at the SELDEN, NY showroom.

Our kitchen journey with Wren has been nothing but disappointment. Starting with Designer at Yonkers office lacking of proper knowledge to guide us in our journey. The vendor assigned assigned to us was very unprofessional, he damaged our walls, part of the material for installation having us to battle with Wren customer support to replace the items damaged because he did not report any missing items.
We were promised one design that he refused to make because he was not shown in the pictures however it was listed on the description. My guess is that he only knew how to read the plans but not the installation instructions. Will not recommend Wren to any one who lacks patience and have high standards like we do.

Every single drawer slide will not go far enough forward to engage the locking/adjustment mechanism. Every single drawer in my order has the sharp tips of the screws that hold the locking mechanisms to the bottom of the drawers are protruding into the interior of the drawer bottoms. Many of the panels arrived damaged. The pull out tower was damaged on the inside. WORSTof all, NONE of the packaging was damaged which means Wren employees thought it would be OK to send damaged products out the door to thier customer.

I just spoke with Ananda and then Raven in customer service and they were both wonderful to work with and we were able to book our install date. Very knowledgable and helpful in finalizing a date and the installer as well.
And a shout out to our salesman Norman Beaulieu!! He was with us from the start and could not be happier with the outcome! From start to finish he had great ideas and patience with us while we figured out colors and design. We will be going back to him for our next projects and referring him to friends and familty as well.

Todayâs phone call with Raven was not what we expect from phone customer service. In a time of excessive use of AI to accommodate routine delivery schedules , I was extremely surprised when a beautiful and kind voice greeted me.
On top of being kind and professional, Raven was able to relay the humane and sincere interaction ,and made my evening.
I hope that the Wren company invests and rewards employees who give a little more just because they caring enough on how they affect another human being.

I will start by saying my experience with Wren Kitchens started off disappointing to say the least. After being sold a dream at the showroom the quality of the product was not good and my kitchen delivery showed up damaged and in poor quality. Calling customer service is a bore and they ask for so many details just to answer a simple question and help you. The agents are polite and kind but no real action was being taken until a manager took over my order. My experience was a nightmare until my problems started to be handled by the manager of customer service Megan. Megan has been patient and kind and tried her best to make us happy. After months of fighting and being disgusted with my kitchen and this whole ordeal I can finally say I am happy with my brand new kitchen and not feeling so defeated anymore. Just in time for Christmas. Thank you Wren Kitchens customer service and Megan for making my experience better.

We just completed our kitchen renovation and I love the choices I made. It was nice to see it all come together. There were quite a few bumps along the way.

The in store experience was great. Delivery not so much, whoever is responsible for the questionnaire doesnât relay the information. Drivers were surprised by second floor delivery, they had to redeliver cabinets that were too heavy, on redelivery they again came fully assembled and had to reschedule. Communication is awful when thereâs an issue and weâre delayed about 4 weeks now, probably more like 6 weeks because countertops will be delayed as well.
Wren relying here saying they tried to reach out is great but a lie, I called every time, never once was reached out to.
