Excellent service, highly recommend. Ben talked us through the survey in detail in person which was so useful. The report is extremely thorough and all at a great price.

Ben was great: thoughtful, knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and honest. It was an absolute pleasure working with him, and I will definitely call him again if I have Party Wall questions in future!

Ben carried out surveys (Home Buyers Report) on two separate properties for me. The service I received on the first property was excellent, professional and at a competitive price, so I opted to use Ben's services again for a survey on another property. Both times we were able to arrange the survey quickly, he fed back to me verbally explaining technicalities in a way which was easy for me to understand, which was much appreciated, particularly as a first time buyer. I received my reports promptly both via email and in hard copy. Ben is very quick and responsive to any queries. Highly recommended.

Ben provided a great service at a reasonable price. He took the time to talk me through the different options with the survey and then spent around 25 mins to give me an informal debrief on the day of the inspection. He explained the problems well and helped me understand the work the needed to be done to the property. The report was received in 6 working days.

His communication before and after the survey took place was fantastic - and the quality of his report was extremely professional.

He delivered a modern, clean-looking Home Buyers Report, which clearly categorised the different sections of the report.

The language in the report was highly technical without being confusing, which gave me full confidence in Ben's deep property knowledge.

Ben also was on hand to take a number of my queries on the phone, where I needed further clarification.

Thanks to Ben, we were able to identify urgent issues with the property (he identified buddleia growing in the extension walls), and less-pressing but still important issues like damp impacting the property's timber in the cellar.

We recently undertook Wren Chartered Surveyors' services for a full building survey on the property we plan to buy. Ben was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish: he was quick, responsive, proactive, and came back to us with an extremely thorough and clear report which really helped us. He also had a follow up call where he carefully talked through a number of the things that had come up, so that we were crystal clear on how and when we should address them. At no point did we feel 'sold' to, and it was great to speak in human terms to someone rather than in building jargon! Prices were very reasonable too. The survey for my home buyers report was undertaken promptly and after the inspection I received a phone call so we could chat through the findings. The report was then emailed to me soon thereafter and a signed copy was posted to me. The report is very detailed and provides the information I need to the letter.
