After waiting for 5/6 weeks, said watch arrived. What a load of crap, no instructions/ won't connect to phone/battery lasts about 8/9 hours. The plastic bit on the buckle snapped after about 10 uses. No return address. What a waste of £30. DO NOT BUY...?

What a load of rubbish, as a diabetic and wrongly trusting that this smart watch was a genuine Diabetic UK item I placed a order. After 4 weeks with nothing and tracking number not recognised I sent numerous emails without reply. I eventually did receive said watch, what a load of rubbish it is. No instructions, won't connect to phone and is so cheap looking that I will not be wearing it. No return add. So all I can say is avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!

Received my wristband yesterday after 4 weeks of waiting. Put it on to charge overnight but nothing seems to be working. No instructions in box. A complete waste of money. Wristband is horrible and cheap. Don’t waste your money on this wristband. I would give no stars if that were possible. UPDATE Had a reply from this company on 10th June. They will send my comments on to their team. Didn't even offer a full refund. AVOID at all costs, all they want is your money.

We had a great experience for 4 reasons:
1. The website is user friendly and easy to follow.
2. Pricing is fair
3. The shipping was fast and arrived exactly when they said it would
4.Printed bracelets were perfect, no flaws, super quality.

I bought 2. There are no instructions to set up or use. There also seems to be a recurring payment that appeared as soon as I paid for them. I sent several emails but don't think my question about this was ever understood. I was offered a discount at one point which hasn't arrived either. I thought it was a genuine Diabetic UK item. I fear not and have no faith that it will fulfil the claims that were made about the product. I am sure Trading Standards will take a dim view.

As soon as I completed my order, I realized I'd made a typo. I contacted Customer Support and the rep was able to fix the issue. I received my order last week and the items are perfect.

These were super cute but the writing was not as legible as on the proof made it seem and they are ONE TIME WEAR ONLY, not adjustable. We didn't know that when ordering for our summer camp :/

Quick Delivery. They were open to design adjustment even after the order was placed. The call center coordinated well

It was easy to place an order. Delivery was fast, actually a day ahead of schedule. Quality of the bands seems to be great. They are holding up very well.

This is a complete waste of money. It is cheaply made and serves no purpose. No instructions and false claims. It has not been approved by Diabetes UK. Scam

Worst customer service ever, not US based support team. I placed the order, was told delivery was May 9th. Given tracking and on May 8th at 7pm it was dropped off to shipper. My event was on may 11, received the package May 14th, well past my event. Company says file a complaint ticket and they will investigate. I will dispute it with my CC company.

No instructions I have tried charging the wristband, but there is no display on the screen. Can't send it back as there is no information at all

The color did not match the redness as shown on the picture, many pieces had slices on rubber

UPS just tried to deliver the order of Wrist Bands, but needed a check for $30 C.O.D. Driver had no idea why. I don't have checks on hand. So I couldn't accept delivery.

No communication from the company about this charge. What in the heck is going on?

I would like to know how to use it as there are no instructions? I cannot say if it works as i do not know how to use it ? Please can someone advise how to use or where to get instructions on how to use it!!

Terrible I filled in form but cancelled order they sent it anyway and no instructions awful scam is there an address for this company
