Should have given me an alert.
I ordered green plastic wristbands with red lettering. I also chose a addition orange option. It should have given me an option to change the color on the orange wristband before I purchased. You can barely read the red lettering on the orange band and I hope it doesn't turn into a security risk. The green wristbands look great but the website should have alerted me that the red letting would not be visable on the orange bands.

Great customer service
I would give it a 5 star, however, I did receive one shipment with bad printing. I contacted Wristband Resources and they were quick to fix, however, it was only okay because I ordered my wristbands way ahead of time. If I needed them the next day after receiving the bad shipment it would of not been an easy fix so make sure you don't order last minute. Also the other thing I did not like is that they charge per plate every time you order a new batch of wristbands. Our company plans to continuously order wristbands, and we don't have enough storage space in our office so we can only order the necessary at a time so we're going to be hit with the plate cost every time we order. Other than that products are GREAT quality.

Never got it
I called the first time they said they tracked the package and it got lost.. so they said they will over night one too me but never received it and had to pay for it ... I have called several times but no ones responds back

In regards to your order I looked it up and we did Ship it from our facility the day after it was ordered which is one time but unfortunately the carrier never delivered it. Which is in no way your fault. I also want to personally apologize that no one responded to your phone calls, this should never happen if you left a message(which I have no way of knowing). For future reference, please leave a detailed message if we are not in the office otherwise we cannot tell if the phone call should be responded to. I was wondering if I could either send you a new order for Free is you still had use for the bands or I could send you a Full refund.

Poor Quality
Do Not, I repeat Do Not purchase any wristbands from wristband.com. They are a rip off. I ordered a 100 custom wristbands and when I received the package in the mail they were poor quality. You could barely see the indentation on the wristband. I consulted with other professionals and their reaction was the same. This is an inferior product. They guarantee happiness, but to no avail. They refused to refund my money. This is unethical and unprofessional business etiquette. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY WRISTBANDS FROM WRISTBAND.COM.
