Fantastic service - good advice and very prompt.

Efficient and good quote. No hassle

We are a Residents Association and have contacted numerous insurance companies to put public liability insurance in place. It can be difficult to find a company that puts its customers first. WRS were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our requirements and provided a quote which covered everything we needed it to, at cost significantly less that it's competitors. Needless to say we are now covered.

Very easy and helpful

It was a good experience dealing with WRS. I contacted Sarah at WRS by phone and email. I found her very helpful in responding to my queries: she understood the circumstances of volunteer groups very well and gave me all the information I needed without making me feel that I was under any pressure to commit to her recommended policy. The cost of the insurance policy was slightly higher than a comparable direct online policy, but I felt that it was worthwhile paying a little extra for an insurance policy that was right for our volunteer group and for the extra support offered by WRS.
