150€ un chándal, como flipa esta gente.

Llevo más de un mes para que me llegue el pedido y no me devuelven el dinero. No compréis en esta tienda si no os queréis quedar sin regalo y sin dinero!!

una partida de impresentables, pedimos una chaqueta el 10/12/2025, regalo de navidad que me han chafado, hoy 9/1/2026 despues de un mes de marearme me dicen que toman nota y que podrian tardar 45 dias en cotestar....
totalmete irrecomendables.

Pedí 2 chaquetas XL y sin querer una puse la S , les escribí y contestaron a 1a hora de la mañana, me mandaron un correo y me cambiaron la talla, la atención al cliente es
espectacular !!! además de envió rápido y pegatinas que siempre te ponen en los paquetes

Qualität ist sehr gut, Versand hat auch funktioniert, nur das Shirt ist extrem groß obwohl ich M Genommen habe. Habe normalerweise schon L und das Shirt ist immernoch sehr lang. Hat für mich auch nichts mehr mit oversize zutun, ist einfach sehr schade, dass man gefühlt S nehmen muss damit es so sitzt das es nicht aussieht wie ein kleid

Ik heb voor €150 een jasje besteld, dat helaas te klein bleek. Binnen 24 uur na ontvangst heb ik het retour aangemeld, netjes verpakt en aangegeven dat ik het graag wilde ruilen voor een grotere maat, mits op voorraad – juist om met de webshop mee te denken en onnodige kosten te voorkomen.

Toch moest ik €7 aan retourkosten betalen. Bij een bedrag van €150 vind ik dat ronduit klantonvriendelijk. Veel andere webshops bieden bij dat soort bedragen wél gratis retour of omruiling aan, en laten ten minste enige vorm van flexibiliteit zien. Deze webshop bleef echter strak vasthouden aan hun beleid zonder enige coulance.

Tot overmaat van ramp was de communicatie ook nog eens slordig: de e-mails stonden vol taalfouten en hadden geen enkele persoonlijke afsluiting. Dat geeft je als klant het gevoel dat je niet serieus genomen wordt.

Kortom: ik raad aan om goed na te denken voordat je hier iets bestelt. Zodra er iets misgaat of niet past, ben je op jezelf aangewezen en kun je weinig service verwachten. Voor mij was dit eens, maar nooit weer.

Brutta esperienza ordine fatto per un regalo di compleanno. Mi dicono dieci giorni per consegna in Italia. Pacco mai arrivato, dopo 45 giorni mi dicono che è andato perso.disponibili via mail. Ma tempistiche di consegna troppo lunghe

Alles keurig op tijd en heel netjes verpakt omdat het net voor kerst was kreeg ik er ook nog eens kerst sokken bij en wat andere leuke dingetjes helemaal blij

Ya hace como 1 mes y medio que realize mi pedido y todavia ni me ha llegado he contactado varias veces con ellos y solo me dicen que tienen problemas con el transporte pero ni siquiera me dicen donde esta mi pedido ademas tenia un seguimiento del pedido y ahora no me deja ni entrar y me pone que no hay ningun paquete en ese seguimiento la verdad que todo muy mal no me lo esperaba

I placed an order on their website on Thursday, December 26 at 12:00 (a working day, not a holiday). According to their website, all orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day. They sent it to me the next day. According to their website, orders to Spain take between 7 and 10 days, and also according to their website, the order would arrive between January 1 and 3. Today is January 7, 12 days have passed and I still have no news about the order. It was for a gift that I have not been able to give. I have sent them several emails but they have not given me any solution. They work with "Sending" the worst transport company in Spain (see reviews of Sending on trustpilot) even though they charge a very high shipping cost (€10 for orders under €150).

Realicé un pedido en su web el jueves 26 de diciembre a las 12:00 (día laborable no festivo), según su web todos los pedidos realizados antes de las 15:00 se envían en el mismo día, ellos me lo enviaron al día siguiente. Según su web los pedidos a España tardan entre 7 a 10 días, y también según su web el pedido me llegaría entre el 1 y el 3 de enero, hoy es 7 de enero, han pasado 12 días y sigo sin noticias del pedido, era para un regalo que ya no he podido hacer, les he enviado varios correos pero no me dan ninguna solución. Trabajan con "Sending" la peor empresa de transportes que existe en España (ver reseñas de Sending en trustpilot) a pesar de que cobran el envío muy caro (10 € para envios de menos de 150 €).

no entiendo nada, hice mi pedido de mas de 100 euros el dia 1 de octubre, estamos a 29 y no he recibido ninguna noticia del pedido desde el dia 3, solo me decian que se habia clasificado, aun ni siquiera se si esta en españa y ya me puse en contacto varias con 100% hardcore y ni siquiera son capaces de decirme donde se encuentra mi pedido ni si me va a llegar, ya no se con quien mas ponerme en contacto.

Mooie broek maar na 1x wassen ligt de halve zij-bies eraf, gezien de prijs vind ik dit geen qualiteit..

Wat een toppers. Mijn bestelling vandaag in ontvangst genomen. Alles dik in orde, zelfs wat extra goodies gekregen en een persoonlijke bedank briefje ontvangen. Hier kunnen veel webshops iets van leren, snelle verzending en aandacht voor de klant. 100procent een aanrader, ik ga hier vaker bestellen.

I ordered some Australian trackpants from their website and got it delivered to my friends place in the NL as to ship to the UK was approx €35. Customer service were great when I requested a name change for the delivery and they sent me through a confirmation email to ensure all was correct. I'm yet to receive the trackpants but will have them in a week or so when my friend visits the UK. Wonderful experience and will certainly buy from again. 100% Hardcore are at the top of their game when it comes to customer service!!
