1BoxOffice レビュー

Everything was very good. In case of date changes it would be great massage to be sent to inform the customer.

Excellent delivery of matchday ticket.

Good seat also secured.

I cannot fault this company at all, was abit weary but they came through. Managed to get a members only tickets for my sons birthday, tickets come through 3 days before the match and worked perfectly

So far so good, but I can’t give it a 5 star before my Tickets arrive!

Always been a bit reticent about using reselling sites for sports tickets, but I took the plunge and these folk really came through. Great customer service and price was only a little above what the original ticket was valued at. Top marks!

The ticket I was issued was in a different section than your website said it would be in. I could have purchased a ticket in the same section on other websites for $40 less for the same type of seat. I wouldn't use 1BoxOffice again based on a bad first experience.

I purchased tickets for a recent Chelsea match as a special birthday present, which were considerably above face value on the instruction they were in a specific place in the ground.

To my disappointment they were in a different place in the ground and a couple of blocks away from which I paid for.

On contacting 1BOXOFFICE they were no help or offered any compensation.

I won't use them again and wouldn't recommend.

Even if we received the three tickets for the game on time, when we arrived to the stadium, all three appeared as BLOCKED. I tried multiple times to contact the reseller via the whatsapp number provided without success.
I decided to go to the stadium ticket office, even though in the email received from 1BoxOffice was clearly advised against it, but fortunately the guy in the ticket office checked with the membership number that appeared in the ticket and gave us another three tickets, in worst places than the ones I've booked and paid.
Luckily was a "low profile" game, otherwise I know I may have been in trouble, having as a minimum lost my money but probably facing issues at the stadium.
First and lkast time I'll use this reseller

Don’t trust this company. Total scam. They sell you a seat they don’t even have and buy it later from a 3rd party. I bought a seat in the 100s section which they outline is what you’re getting (something in that area) but then, they give you tickets in a section in a completely different section (a section that is MUCH cheaper if you bought that yourself off the street) .. like they buy this off a scalper and sent me in the 500s section. After filing a dispute they still won’t cooperate for false advertising.

Believe me.. avoid these people.

The personal communication as well as clear instructions and the quick arrival the tickets despite late purchasing.

Excellent seats & price, tickets arrived via email the day before with no issues, and 1boxoffice answered and helped with all queries and questions I had.

I was nervous about using a re-sale service but it was honestly brilliant. Easy to use and the tickets came through within 30 minutes of purchase. Would definitely use again.

At first a slight bit nervous about the site but tickets came the next morning and the experience was nothing short of amazing.

Reliable tickets, cheap we went to see chelsea vs barrow great seats and enjoyed it alot thanks

I paid and received my tickets for the Europa league in Dublin which was great.

The only real annoying thing is that on the UEFA Tickets app it shows the actual price of the ticket versus the price you paid.

But I received the ticket and had a great time. If I need some late tickets I’ll go to 1BoxOffice again

Had great experience with 1boxoffice and tickets were delivered on time. Smooth and hassle free transaction.

Completely transparent pricing with no hidden fees, tickets confirmed and delivered in a timely fashion. Great service compared to other ticketing sites I have used

This was for real not a category 1 ticket. Although the guys ride beside of us paid about 100€ less for each card from another website they gave us.
Delivery time was on point. Also the information…
But price and seat place!!! No, not another time…
