I understand that the request for attendee information might seem stringent, especially while you're on vacation. However, we would like to clarify that in certain countries, including where this event is taking place, it is a legal requirement for all tickets to be personalised with the attendees' details. This is why we request information such as full names, dates of birth, and nationality.

Unfortunately, without this information, we are unable to deliver your tickets, as they must comply with these regulations. We request that the details be provided within 24 hours to ensure that there are no delays in ticket delivery. Failure to do so could result in undeliverable tickets, and due to the legal requirements, we would not be able to offer a refund.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
