Excellent service I did make a mistake I gave wrong email address it was easy contacting customer service on WhatsApp even late hours they solve my problem very easy highly recommend this company. I previously bought two tickets Albania VS Italy and also bought four more tickets. Albania vs Spain.

We were given amazing seats for the game, service was on point and the team was super helpful. Watched the Spain v Croatia game, and then England v Serbia - next up, Spain v Italy!

Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Was incredible, the tickets for Spains opening game were 9/10 but for the England v Serbia game they was the best tickets iv ever had, we was row 8 and Jude slid in front of us when he scored to top it off!

Can’t wait for Spain v Italy tomorrow!

Waited on tickets to virtually last hour before the game. I was emailing them for a month on where my tickets are, always just promises - next week, 48 hours before, 24 hours before, then on game night etc. Very stressful, as this game involved hotels and plane tickets. At the end I got the tickets, but they were a lot worse than the one promised. They have in their own terms 25% refund in this case, based on the purchase value, not game night value - they are reselling tickets up to the last moment, which is a reason for getting them so late.

Is absolutely a scam website as I paid £2117 for a champions league final and travelled all the way to Wembley and didn’t receive the ticket, I contacted them several times before kick off and they said to me I will receive it shortly but I didn’t and had to travel back home, I asked for a refund and they replied that I will get the refund within 5 working days and it’s has been over 8 working days without a refund, they are not responding to my email anymore.
AVOID BUYING FROM THEM.
TOTALLY A SCAM!!!!!!

I bought the fa cup final tickets on match day and it delivered after 2 hours and it was legit which I glad. Will defo use 1boxoffice next time. The only cons are the price were quite high other than that it was all smooth .

Prompt and easy communication, very helpful when we made a mistake and sorted or issue out quickly.

Allowed my ticket transfer to be canceled before I could accept. Will not refund and blaming it on me for not accepting the tickets in a short time frame. 1BoxOffice contacted me 15 minutes before the tickets were canceled. Someone in the ticketing industry should understand that cell service is difficult at a match of 100k people. I paid for the ticket, I can accept it whenever I please.

They will not refund. Shady.

All as promised, ticket delivered day before game. Ticket was expensive but I got it to the first row at Bernabeu and gave high five to Tony Kross on his last game. Incredible

Completely paperless entry for an international person.

Fantastic service, can just recommend for major events. Enjoyed the champions league final greatly thanks to 1box

Very bad experience.
Bad customer service.
Losing a big amount of money without anything.

I was very hesitant at first to purchase tickets from the website, but after reading a few reviews I did it. I was nervous while waiting to receive the tickets but the customer service was excellent and answered all the questions I had and made sure that I was ready to receive the tickets. Roughly 24 hours prior to the game I received the tickets just as they said I would and I had a great experience at the game.
I can confirm they are 100% legit and I would recommend them. If you wish to ask me any questions about my experience please just ask. I will be purchasing tickets again in the future

I booked two tickets for the Champions League semi-final in Madrid on the 8th of May 2024: Real Madrid vs. Bayern in Madrid. I traveled with my son without knowing if I will get the tickets or not and was scared honestly. I got the e-tickets on the same day around noon. entered the stadium and not sure that the QR code will pass honestly. BUT all went well without any issue. Great experience! We have lived a super remontada and an amazing evening at the Santiago Bernabéu.
The price is super expensive seeing the real price of the ticket, but other than that all went as promised. Thank you 1BoxOffice.

This was my first time using any ticket resale website and 1BoxOffice was great! Everything was simple and I even got an upgrade when my original ticket became unavailable.

We arrived earlier to the match to be sure there would be no problem with the tickets. When we tried to pass the QR code, it said « ticket cancelled ». We contacted the site by Whatsapp, they answered by text pretty quickly and found us other replacement who where much better than the first one. For free. And the game was awesome. The guy was really nice and patient. I highly recommand them.

Good experience

Got tickets on Time first review on this app but really had nice seats on same side as requested for Tottenham vs filth game!! Thx for this experience

I was very suspicious at first since I bought two tickets for Arsenal - Bournemouth and didn’t receive an order confirmation (nor the tickets). It was very hard to find contact information and the contact form on the website didn’t work. However, when I finally found an email address and whatsapp number (from terms & conditions site) I got answers quickly. The customer service team eventually solved the problem really well and fast and we got the tickets to the match on time and got into the stadium with no problem!
