The first order was a complete misorder. Wanted hardwood doors and supplemented them with hemlock.

1st class service and product

I'm causing a house to be built for myself and the subject of doors has reached the top of the list. My Architect suggested I look on line for Kershaws. I never thought I would be buying a door/doors on line but found not only an enormous amount of choice but their telephone number! The phone was answered quickly and "Ian" answered. So very helpful, full of advice and nothing was a problem. I'm now the proud owner of an extra wide front door at a very reasonable price with the other 12 internal doors coming towards the end of the summer. Can only advise everyone to look no further than this Company.

Custom made front door was replaced promptly by Kershaws Doors because of a not easy to spot manufacturing defect. Replacement door arrived promptly. Good after sales service and excellent product quality and finish.

Staff very helpful, doors delivered as specified. My only issue was cost of delivery.

Very helpful staff. Communication and admin was good.
Delivery times for stock items was poor. I ordered on Monday and received the goods 9 working days later. I expect stock items to be delivered much quicker.
I will travel the 200 miles and collect next time. Cheaper and quicker.

The doors were exactly as described, well packaged and delivered as promised. A text to inform us of the exact delivery time and pleasant and courteous delivery driver.
Would highly recommend.

I ordered and paid for a door and was told that it would be with me Friday/Monday, then told it would be Wednesday, then told it would be with me the following Friday, some two weeks after purchase. I was told that it was out of your hands and it was the couriers, I seriously think you should find a more reliable courier.

Our door was delivered bright and early this morning and we are really pleased with it. The quality of service from the time we ordered to the day of delivery was excellent. The delivery driver was very courteous and helpful. Our thanks to everyone for a first class service. Kershaws Doors will be our first port of call for any future requirements.

Staff on the Phone Very Helpful

We recently purchased a door, which is of a very good quality and design. But, when we ordered the door the delivery was quoted as 5-7 days. After a few days we had received no contact from the company so my wife gave them a call. She was told by the representative that it was actually 5-7 days once it was delivered to them, my wife questioned this and the person agreed that the web site was slightly misleading. This needs to be addressed for future customers.

I needed an unusual fire door and found it nowhere else. The team obtained the correct door as promised and it was ready for collection when agreed. They helped me load it and gave protective board to protect it on the roof rack. Friendly and courteous throughout. Good work.

I ordered handles as replacements for my lounge as the springs had gone faulty. The handles arrived within a few days and are as described. No problems.
