However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your negative review. Firstly, we understand that you returned the cartridges because you had changed your mind. While our return and exchange policy clearly states that you have up to 30 days to return the products if you change your mind, we still refunded you after three months as a gesture of good faith.

Secondly, we would like to remind you that we specifically state on our website that we do not sell OEM products. We only sell compatible and remanufactured ink cartridges. The title and the product description clearly state that they are compatible cartridges, which means that you knew what you ordered. Furthermore, the cost is 50% off the OEM price, which clearly indicates that these are not OEM cartridges.

We take pride in being transparent and upfront with our customers, and we do not cheat or hide any information from them. This is evident by tens of thousands of 5-star reviews by verified buyers and the fact that we have been in business for over two decades.

We understand that you may be disappointed with your purchase, but spreading misinformation on review sites is unethical and does not help the community. We hope that you will reconsider your review and help us continue to provide high-quality products and services to our valued customers.

Our database does not show a "Vee Eppie" as a customer. This is likely a fake review, or the customer meant to review a different company. If this is not the case, please provide accurate information (real first & last name or an order number), so we can address the issue.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today. I'm sorry you have to deal with this, and I understand your frustration. As shown in your tracking information, your package was shipped on the same day you placed your order, so there were no delays on our part. You can also see in your tracking that your package was delivered to your post office a few days later, meaning you should have received your package days ago. Instead, your post office has been holding your package for the past seven days, and they have not delivered it to you.

Unfortunately, the post office is delaying many packages due to COVID-19 and the protests, especially in your state of Minnesota. The other contributor to the delivery delays is the significant increase in online shopping in the past two months, which has overwhelmed the post office.

Millions of online retailers and consumers across the U.S. have been affected by these unprecedented events.

I instructed our shipping department to ship you a new package with UPS, so hopefully, you will receive it very soon. You may keep the second package that's delayed as well – free of charge.
