Very responsive & professional service
Fantastic communication from the team, was updated at every stage of the process and managed both my documents attestations with professionalism and all within the deadline I requested. They were realistic with timelines and swiftly processed the documents as soon as they received them from me and the embassies. Would definitely use them again for sensitive documents.

Legalisation and Apostille of several documents.
I needed some documents legalised and apostilled. I looked at several companies before deciding on 1stApostille.
The website layout and clear pricing/info made it easy to see what I needed, the cost and timescale.
I emailed and explained what I needed. The response was very quick and throughout the process I was kept up to date with the progress. Charles, my contact in customer service was very professional.
I had my documents finished in the time quoted and cannot fault the service I received. It really was perfect.

Efficient and quick service
Member of the team proactively contacted to see if I had any questions and answered the ones aI did. Very helpful and efficient. They kept me updated about when my document was received, sent for the apostille and then being sent back to me.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kept us informed throughout, photo of receipt of docs, what the timescale would be and when docs had been issued. Would recommend 100%. Sent registered post on Monday and received back Thurs morning.

I was sceptical to send my original documents in the post but I couldn’t recommend this business more. They handled my documents with care. Emailed me updates on the status of my order and even scanned my document and sent it over email when I asked them for a copy to help my application. Thank you :)

I cannot fault the service of 1stapostille. I needed a document appostilled and for what I think is a very fair price, the turnaround turnaround time was within four days from posting it to receiving it. I shall be using them again for the next document and will recommend them without hesitation. Helpful customer service and easy to navigate through the website to place an order. Thank you!
