I have used Apostille & legalisation services LTD twice now both occasions had a great Communication, affordable and super fast service. I highly recommend them as well as i now know where to go as they also offer along with UK Apostille stamp Jersey and Gibraltar Apostille stamp, Embassy/ consular services and translation service.

Absolutely fantastic service from the WhatsApp messages to receiving the Apostilled documents. I swamped them with questions and had an answer straight back for everything. I sent my documents and had them back with in the week and a refund for the items that they were unable to solicitor certify. Could not recommend this company enough.

I can't emphasise enough how much stress was caused by dealing with this company, which is only interested in making a huge profit from customers.

I've recently moved to Qatar to take up a new position. I was required to get several documents legalised/attested and so looked for an agent/company to take care of the process. I've never lived or worked abroad before, so I was completely new to this and didn't really know what it involved.

I reached out to this company as their website seems very professional and I was reassured by their pledge to provide 'updates via email and phone' (more about this below).

The first issue was establishing which exact documents I needed to get legalised. I emailed the company and spoke at length with an agent. They assured me that I only need to get my degree certificates legalised, which I then posted to the company. Several weeks went by with basically no information or update, until I was suddenly informed that I also need to get my degree transcripts legalised (and not just the certificates). This caused a lot of stress and anxiety as I had been categorically told that I only need to get the certificates themselves legalised. I was in Qatar by this point and there is a limited period for completing this whole process.

The main problem I had with the company was the complete lack of communication up to this point. I emailed several times and rang/messaged their landline number and the WhatsApp number listed at the top of their website. It took weeks to get any sort of response. I got the impression that there are internal problems within the team, as the person I ended up speaking to (after many messages and calls) basically blamed the original person I'd spoken to for not keeping me updated. This only added to the unprofessionalism of the entire operation. It's no surprise that the communication problems weren't present at the very beginning when the company was telling me how many hundreds of pounds I needed to pay for the legalisation process.

My main advice to people is to not be taken in by their apparent professionalism. I spoke with my new colleagues in Qatar working at several companies and found out that there are far more reliable and trusted agents, so make sure you do some research before choosing one. This company is only interested in making money out of customers rather than providing a good, reliable service.

I have used their services to legalise a document for Egypt multiple times. They adhere by the timeframe if not sooner, and have competitive prices.

They sent me a document that I later lost, and they kindly sent me a certified copy with no extra fees.

**1 STAR — AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOUR DOCUMENT IS TIME-SENSITIVE**

I honestly cannot overstate how disappointing and stressful my experience with Apostille Services UK has been. I chose this company specifically because I had a **time-critical Colombian visa application** and their website stated that my apostilled document could be **scanned and returned to me within 3–4 days**.

That promise was the deciding factor in using them.

What followed was an absolute disaster.

Instead of receiving my document within the advertised timeframe, I heard nothing for **an entire week**. When they finally sent something, it was not a scan at all — it was an **extremely blurry, poor-quality photograph that was completely unusable** for my visa application.

I immediately contacted them and explained that I needed the document properly scanned. They then told me they **couldn't do this**, despite the fact that being able to receive a scanned copy within 3–4 days was the exact service I had relied upon when choosing them.

The following day, rather than resolving the issue, they sent me **another blurry photograph**. Again, it was unusable. Then they stopped responding for another day.

Trying to get any meaningful communication from this company was incredibly frustrating. The **WhatsApp number advertised by the company was of no help**, and I was also unable to get a response through the email address they provided.

At this point, I was living in Colombia, desperately trying to obtain a document for my visa, while my elderly mother was in London. I was put in the ridiculous position of having to ask my **elderly mother to call the company on my behalf** because I could not get the response or assistance I needed remotely.

Even after she contacted them, the problem still wasn't properly resolved. I continued to receive **blurry, unclear photographs instead of the usable scanned document I had been expecting**.

This wasn't simply an inconvenience. **Their delays had real consequences for me.**

My Colombian visa application was ultimately **rejected because of the amount of time the process had taken**, leaving me dealing with an enormous amount of additional stress, uncertainty and expense.

The most infuriating part is that this entire situation could have been avoided if the company had simply done what I understood I was paying them for: **provide the apostilled document as a clear scan within the advertised 3–4 day timeframe.**

If you are using an apostille service for something important — particularly a **visa, immigration application or anything with a strict deadline** — my experience would make me extremely hesitant to recommend this company.

The communication was poor, the turnaround was far longer than advertised, the documents I received were repeatedly unusable, and I had to chase them repeatedly just to try to get a basic response.

**I chose this company because I trusted the 3–4 day timeframe advertised on their website. That trust was misplaced.**

What should have been a straightforward administrative service became an incredibly stressful and traumatic experience, and I am now dealing with the consequences.

**I would not use Apostille Services UK again, and based entirely on my experience, I would strongly advise others with time-sensitive documents to look elsewhere.**

They are trustworthy, easy to deal with, and will help you out if anything needs fixing.
