1st Movers  レビュー

Excellent service from start to finish. From quote, questions, advice, collection and delivery- no problems or delays whatsoever. No breakages during the whole process and our crew collected/dropped off so quickly it was done in a flash!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service received!

Used first movers previously and, as last time it was very easy to arrange, Edna was very efficient. The guys who actually did the work were very kind and efficient and I knew I could trust them to do a great job

I have used 1st Movers several times now and each time they have been professional, efficient and courteous. Definitely recommend them!

I previously used 1st Movers for a work relocation from King's Lynn to Tain a few years ago (which went perfectly to plan), so when a new job opportunity required me to move to the Central Belt, i instantly got in touch.

1st Movers were able to book my move out date months in advance, and even change the final date to accomodate last minute changes with my notice periods. Communication was always swift and decisive!

The delivery driver (Joe) was highly professional, and was able to get my stuff out of the old house in record time (45 mins). He definitely made what should have been a highly stressful occasion, a much more relaxed one!

I'll definitely continue to use 1st Movers, for where ever my career locations take me, and i can't recommend them enough!

We moved from Danderhall to Edinburgh city centre, and despite the uncertainty in dates and many other details required, the agent was very accommodating and reassuring and was with us every step of the way to cater to our flexibility. Excellent customer service from both the agent and movers, who were professional and very efficient. Thanks!

They helped me move from Edinburgh to Cambridge. The company was able to pick up my belongings from a storage unit the night before, and I had my belongings the afternoon I moved in. The mover was super sweet, helpful, and time-efficient.

From booking our appointment to the day of moving I was extremely impressed with the good level of communication. The removal team were excellent and had to cope when the lift broke as we moved in, managing to carry everything up five flights without any damage at all.

Edna, who helped me through the entire moving process, was really friendly and responsive at all times. The two movers who came to help us made the moving process an ease up to a top floor flat with no lift! Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

These guys were amazing! Such a smooth move with absolute gents. Had to deal with 3 flights down and 3 flights up (with no lift), moving the contents of our flat. They did it with style and with time to spare. We'll certainly be using you again. Cheers lads!

Smooth move done by two friendly movers. No complaints, no damage, 100% satisfied!

Excellent service throughout and movers are super professional!

We used this company to move my daughters belongings from London to Edinburgh. They were responsive to my emails and gave value for money. We would use them again.

From the booking to completion I cannot fault the service. The price was the most competitive offer I received and the movers were professional and went out of their way to make the move as smooth as possible. My go to moving service from now on!

1st Movers have provided us with an excellent service for our move within Glasgow this week. This is the second time we have hired 1st Movers this year, having had an ideal experience with them in June when we moved from London to Glasgow. This time round was equally as good. Sarah and Marina were helpful and responsive with the initial booking and the subsequent changes we requested. The drivers did a good job of transporting our goods safely and quickly. Thank you again 1st Movers!

1st Movers helped me dispose of an upright piano and I had no problems with them. I would certainly recommend them if you're looking for a similar job.

A very efficient service, done at quite short notice, from cheerful, helpful Joao and Elliot! (If I move again - I would ask for those guys.)

I used 1st Movers to move items from a three bedroom flat in Southend-on-sea to Edinburgh. They provided a very good reasonably priced service and I am happy to recommend them.

I arranged the uplift and disposal of an upright piano with "1st Movers".
The price quoted was very reasonable, and the job was carried out in a friendly and professional manner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We contacted 1st Movers to help move our daughter into her halls for first year at Edinburgh Uni. The driver went over and beyond our expectations. He was so helpful and navigated all other cars dropping off to ensure we were dropped off closeby and could access the right entrance. A brilliant experience and a total pleasure dealing with Sarah all the way through to drop off and follow up.
