Like others have said, I was surprised with my purchase. My dress fitted as expected, I bought a large for the length but a medium would have been good. I am 5'9 and usually wear a medium, but if you're like me who won't be wearing heels a large will give you the perfect length. I will purchase from this seller again. The other reviews helped me alot. Keep it up!

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!! I ordered February 23rd and I’ve been emailing very nicely and keep telling me it takes 20 days because it’s made to order. And they keep putting it off. It’s end of May and still don’t have it. They told me their factory caught on fire.... FALSE. If true... probably karma.

The shade of green is between a royal and navy color, really beautiful. The quality is quite good for the price of the dress. The lacy fabric is pretty and should work well for vacations as it is virtually wrinkle free, perfect for a dressy look. I ordered a small, but found it to be short-waisted, so I plan to return it and order the medium.

Omg they are definitely a scam do not I repeat DO NOT ORDER from here unless you want them to take your money I ordered one dress that I canceled immediately and they charged me for the same dress 3 times ridiculous I will never order or recommend ANYBODY to order from them they just want your money

The dress arrived quickly, everything its alright. But it doesnt fit properly, also I selected the same color as the picture (gold) and it came rose-gold kind. The color is pretty, but isn’t as expected. Its too expensive for the quality.

Be careful if you want to order from this page, there are many people and reviews telling its fishy/scam.

SCAM, FRAUD, AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! My daughter bought a prom dress from this site. We paid for Rush delivery well in advance in order to get her dress in time. The prom was this past Friday and guess what WE NEVER RECEIVED THE DRESS! We have called the number on the site thousands of times, no answer. We emailed, live chat, and messaged these people over and over. We have received broken English replies about checking on the order but no resolution! Run fast away from these criminals. My daughter's senior prom was almost ruined, but I bought her a dress in our local dress store. I am disgusted with this company for their lack of integrity and trying to ruin lifelong traditions that our kids work hard to accomplish like a senior prom. How many weddings have they ruined with their bridal gown section? DO NOT BUY FROM 27 DRESSES!

Ordered a dress a month and a half ago for prom and never received it. They told me that they ran out of the specific swatch I picked when I ordered it so I had to choose a different one instead, kept lying to me and making it seem as if they had already shipped the dress out but I still never got it. I know it doesn't take long to make a dress. I realized that it never shipped after the shipping date the website gave me which was earlier into the next month and I kept contacting the email and phone number given.... Their fake. They are complete Bullsh*****s. I keep asking for a refund and it keeps trying to get avoided.

I ordered from this site a few times and every time that I received my package I was thrilled with the high quality of the items because nowadays you can't find such beautiful dresses that have affordable prices. Do NOT purchase from 27Dress.com! They do not stand behind their product and will not do returns. If your dress does not fit - it is your problem - the company said that's not their fault. So - we're out $169! The company is a total scam!

I was so pleasantly surprised with this dress! I ordered it for my daughter's band banquet at school and it is the most flattering dress she has ever had. She really wanted the pink one, but black was on prime and we needed it in a hurry. She loved it....it was flattering, comfortable, and just lovely on her. We measured her and went by the size guide and it fit perfectly!Worth your money

I bought this dress for my Prom and when I first got it, it looked weird at first until I tried it on, then I loved it! It looks so gorgeous on and I love the lace, it was personally my favorite part. I am satisfied with the quality and would use this site again.

I recived the dress several days ago and I can't help telling you how glad I was when I got the perfect designed dress. The dress is flattering and the seller had dress made and to Dallas, TX within a month's time. By the way, I wanna thanks Kimi who helped me a lot.

Sent me wrong order and refused to do exchange or refund after waiting a month for dress to come

Order a dress from company had no complains came quick material and good timing. Received the 2nd dress took longer the last time. I couldn't believe the crap I received from this company. The dress was absolutely nothing like the picture advertise. Everything was wrong with this dress.. starting with its uneven!!!!! Been going back-and-forth with customer service ..sent pictures, they asked for more pictures sent more. All I keep getting back is their so sorry and will check with the factory. When I would follow up to see if anything was said....they basically would be like they didn't know who I was or what I was talking about ...and ask me to keep explaining over and over again what was wrong with the dress?!?! Finally push the issue about the dress and how irritated I was. After many emails..reply I got back was "the dresse is beautiful what is wrong with the dress." Kimi is the person I have been speaking to gone back-and-forth for over almost 4 weeks. It's funny she plays like she doesn't know who I am ,when I sent multiple emails....yet every reply back to me has her name on the bottom of each one? Instead of asking me multiple times about my dress and what's wrong with my dress..maybe she should go back and read her e-mails. Don't understand how the 1st dress was beautiful and 2nd dress the ball was dropped Tremendously !!!! Horrible customer service and going to fight for refund!!!!!! Also for some reason When I reply back to people enquiring for pictures and stuff ....somehow my comments are deleted??

Please read the Returns Policy before you order any dresses from this company. They have given a false contact number +15105985158. It is a china number and the code would be 0086 from UK. But when u dial the number it says out of service. U will never get a reply back from the email address given so please please be CAREFUL as you will never get your REFUND BACK!!!!

Very surprised at the gorgeous color and quality of this dress. I bought it in ivory and silver at two different time for my upcoming wedding. I wound up returning the ivory and then this one came and oh my gosh--way more beautiful than the ivory. I am 5'634;, 130 typically a size 4 and got this in an 8 and it fit perfectly. You will not be disappointed. it is perfect!

This website is not legit. 😡 my prom is April 6th and my dress just now coming in & the dress doesn’t look nothing like the picture. 😡😡
