Fixed machine, but no explanation of how and bill too high. £50 for minor software glitch. Could live with £40 but would have preferred £35. Feeling squeezed. Took a while as well.

Very prompt service. Fixed up my laptop into perfect working order and kindly contacted once the work was completed.

As always I have had excellent service from this company. They keep in contact with you and keep you up to date on the repair. They are knowledgeable, honest and provide great customer service. Highly recommend for any computer, pen-drive ect repairs.

Very speedy service, good price but not a great explanation of what the problem actually was, only an explanation of what had been done, some of which I had tried myself and hadn't worked.

very good service and would not hesitate to use again

I asked 3000rpm in Dundee to replace the wi-fi switch on my laptop. Two separate diagnostic softwares had previously said this was the problem. I told them this when I handed it over. 3000rpm insisted it was 'Windows 10' and charged me for investigating this. It WAS the wi-fi switch. They charged me for the switch of course and ALSO the unneccessary Windows 10 investigation. As a bonus they also, without warning me, wiped ALL THE SOFTWARE, that I had complied over time, off my computer, and charged me for the privilege! I have lost about a week's work. They also did not back up my current Outlook folder! I found it on my own backup files drive, that I had made as a precaution before I took the laptop in for repair,
I also had to renew (far too early) the Norton subscription that 300rpm had deleted, without trace. Network printer capability and macros were all deleted. It has taken my specialist in Manchester much of the week off-and-on, when he had time, to only partly restore my pc to working capacity. I have lost many days of work due to it not functioning .
No apologies from 3000rpm, despite me explaining to them immediately, after I had opened it up and tried to use it, what they had done.
In relating my experience to others, which I have, and will (regularly and often!), I found it has happened to other 3000rpm users I know directly. How many others?
So, if you are thinking of having 3000rpm in Dundee repair your computer, keep thinking about it until you come up with the right answer.

Very good work and extremely quick

Fixed my phone screen at a fraction of the cost of sending it to apple. Convenient location in Dundee, dropped it off in the morning and it was done by 3pm. A week on and phone is working great.

New screen on my daughters iphone 6s in 1 hour, absolutely amazing service and phone is 100%

Phoned Sunday with problem with HP laptop, they said it will be ready for Monday , got phone call Sunday afternoon to say it’s ready for collection , bloodie marvellous , excellent service again

LAPTOP REPAIR TOOK LESS THAN 24 HRS SUPER SERVICE

Handed knackered computer in on monday at 10am. Fault diagnosed and repair finished by 9am on tuesday. Phenominal service!!
