My wife and I recently took our laptops into 3000rpm. The staff were very helpful and informative, advising of the best course of action within our price bracket. The repairs were undertaken within a reasonable time frame and we were kept informed during the process. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend 3000rpm for their swift, courteous and reasonably priced services.

Phone screen was repaired within agreed time, Communication on repair status was done by text and was timely. Option to use genuine Apple parts versus ordinary parts is good

All the years that I've been using this company, I have never had so much as one problem. When I needed specialized equipment when studying at university, they were on hand to get the best tech, equipment and support as when it comes to technology, I'm a moron. Repairs have always been done to the utmost quality and due to being disabled, Bobby and one of his companions came to my home in their own time and set up equipment andsockets for me. I could never fault 3000rpm on their workmanship as its first class as far as I'm concerned. Even reconnditoned items have lasted for years and are still going strong as backups. You may get promises elsewhere, that they will do this or that, but the people here know what their talking about and above all, know what their doing. Don't settle for second best, stick with the winners and there's always a good quantity and quality of deals on to suit most pocket ranges. If you're a tech idiot like myself, their not going to laugh at you, their going to help rectify your problem, that's their job, to make you, the customer happy and if you're happy, what are you going to do, that's right, tell other folks. Initial consultation with staff at shop was excellent. Was advised that my initial thoughts on problem may not have been as complicated as first thought but examination of laptop would determine fault extent of fault.
As I am only a novice user this put me at ease. I was them emailed to say laptop had been repaired with total cost which was a great relief.
I have used for inks for printer but never had repair. The expert advice was second to none, very professional , total trust if I need any other repairs in future.

PC repaired within the indicated timescales. Received text to let me know it was repaired and ready for collection so good communication. The cost of repair was discounted due to previous repair which was a nice touch.

I must be one of the least computer competent visitors to the Dundee 3000 rpm shop but despite numerous visits have invariably had all of my problems/queries resolved patiently, politely and effectively.
