It took them 17 days to complete my order. After a week, I requested to cancel the service 3 times and they did not respond. I hired another company formation company and they completed my order and ID check within 10 minutes!

Hello James,
Thank you for your review.
Your order was placed on the 7th May 2025 and incorporated on 19th of May 2025.
There were two reasons for the delay.
1) There was a delay in you sending your ID and Proof of address.
2) The company was rejected by Companies House as the wrong jurisdiction was entered. You tried to register a company in England and Wales with a NI address.
Once this was resolved your application was approved the next day.

There was 1 month delay in registration losing a deal as AML evidence docscwere "not received" but no reminder or anything was sent. On my reminder, response cameras not received. Delay lood property

Did not acknowledge AML docs sent,
stated "not received" upon reminder,
Re-sent to same address, received!
Delay lost us a good investment opportunity.
Paper articles & certificate of registration, etc. are still awaited (+1 week).

Unfortunately not good service
Unfortunately not good service. They keep sending me emails to say that they are going to renew my service which I have sent on several times. I do not want.
I’ve explained that my company address has been changed by my accountant, but they still keep insisting that the service will renew How I get through to somebody to say that I do not want the service, having written multiple emails is now becoming a worry. Be careful not to sign up to something that you don’t want. It seems it cannot be reversed.

Please note for us to cancel the registered office service you will need to remove our address from your Companies House record.

I paid for the full service back in…
I paid for the full service back in August 2024, vat, company, mail, telephone service, registered trade address.
They started of well,
still waiting for the VAT number/ to be registered
still waiting for the company telephone number to be issued
not had any of my mail sent over to me from them

As explained, the VAT registration was submitted however it is up to HMRC to approve the application and send the certificate. This could take up to 30 days depending on whether any additional information is required.
All other services were provided within 48 hours of incorporation.
