I ordered the Sony PXW-Z280 4K 3-CMOS Camcorder for $6,649 on 10 Feb from the 4kforless.com and used PayPay. They called me about adding $100 more for shipping insurance and tried to get my credit card number. They canceled the order and when I tried to reorder the listing was gone. I don't think they had this camcorder to ship and could not verify that with PayPal. This deal was a scam.

I bought a lens that was a little under 2k. 1st thing I did was to try to upgrade the lens firmware but I was unable. I troubleshoot a little bit myself with no positive results.
The next day I called, and the guy on the phone referred me to email a guy named Elliot.
So I emailed him, and he was quick responding my emails and offered to troubleshoot but I honestly didn't want to do extra work for something that I expected to work flawlessly from out of the box.

I told him I wanted to return the lens for a refund and he sent me the return label.

Once they received the lens the next day Elliot emailed me to tell me the technicians were able to upgrade the lens firmware and asked me if I wanted it back. I said no (I'm currently away from home.)

They issued the full refund almost immediately. So I'd say Elliot showed a willingness to help me thru the whole interaction and I had no obstacles getting the refund.

No answering calls returning voicemails or emails. Camera lens is messed up 2 days after arrival.

We weren’t sure if the site was legit or not because the prices were so cheap, but they ended up delivering ahead of schedule and without any damage. They sold me a 899$ Camera for 700$. It wasn’t used or an opened box. It was brand new and in a bundle with other equipment I needed for a total of 800$ while the products combined would have been at least 1,200$ anywhere else.

Good company to do business with. Fair pricing and fast service.

Customer service was great. I was able to purchase a much needed 70mm/300mm 2.8 lens for my son so he can further his photography business.. payments are easy with bread finance and shipping was fast. Will purchase again when the need arises.

Purchased a GoPro hero10 bundle everything arrived very quickly very happy with the purchase.

I've bought a camera and some camera accessories two years ago and they are still in excellent condition, the quality and pricing were the best I'd found in the internet, believe me, I take the time to find the best deals and I've found it here at 4k4less. The delivery time was quick, the customer service is awsome. I'm very happy with my purchases and I will buy from 4k4less again. I reccomend them to everyone reading this post.

I ordered a Sigma 24-70mm for Sony June 24 2022. They took some time to arrive at my destination here in St Louis, Missouri. I was a little nervous and concerned about reading all the negatives reviews from different people about the company, but I have to say that customer service was really professional and responsive by email, unfortunately over the phone can be difficult sometimes. The company could be a little slow shipping your order, but at the end they accomplish as they promised. My Sigma 24-70mm e-mount arrived brand new well packed with excellent condition.

I'm really happy with my order and obviously I will do business with them again. I highly recommend it.

Ordered a beautiful camera kit for Christmas. It came on time well protected for a great price. I had a question about the order after I placed it and customer service got back to me right away. I am very happy with my experience and would definitely shop here again. Prices were better than other places selling very similar kits with the camera and the same lenses. This kit actually had a few extra things in it for less money. Great deal!

I purchased a Nikon P1000 in 2019. Paid for a 4hr battery as shown on their website and 3 year extended warranty. When I received the camera and battery, the battery was just a standard battery, lasts 30 mins or less. I called and requested the 4hr battery, they sent me another 30 min battery. It was a waste of time to call because there is no 4hr battery for Nikon P1000. In October 2021, after taking over 10000 pictures in all types of terrain and weather, the shutter button became stiff and had to be pressed really hard for it to release and take a picture. I called 4k4less and an RMA was issued. I did not hear from them until February 2022. They said they called and left messages but no calls registered in my call log nor voicemail from 4k4less. In past time, if they could not reach my by phone, they sent email. Now they do not know how to do that nor have manners. I called in February 2022 to ascertain the status of my RMA, I was told I needed to pay $300 for repairs. Keep in mind I paid for extended warranty. I inquired why I needed to pay after paying for warranty, I was told the camera does not look brand new. I asked them to repair the shutter button or send it back. I can send it to another repair shop for less than they are charging me. Since that time till now, they will not take my calls nor respond to my emails. When I call I will be placed on hold for over an hour. This company has an ill reputation for after sales support, bait and switch and downright rude customer service. I encourage you to pay higher price, have peace of mind and purchase products from somewhere else. At all cost, avoid 4K4less to have less stress and trouble in your life.

If I could give less stars I would! Ordered a case for spark drone with accessories received case and no accessories returned case and never received refund. File dispute with PayPal and these people lie saying they never received case back and so now I'm out case, accessories and my money! you've been warned do not buy anything from this place total rip off and dishonest company! Pass this along to help others not get ripped off as I did! Not to mention I bought this January 3, 2022 and today they win because they say I never returned the case. I even offered for them just to send the accessories to me at first then after being ignored by them after many messages I sent the case back demanding a full refund! Buy anywhere else but here trust me on this any issues will not get fixed and you might as well throw away your money or burn it or better yet make a case out of it!

I purchased the camera I expected the camera to come with a pouch to protect the lens and the screen from any scratches. But it did not I purchased a life guaranteed or insurance whatever you want to call it. I was told that I will not cover the scratch so what was the point of paying extra for a guaranteed on the camera? I returned the camera and like I said if what is or what was the point of purchasing life guaranteed? When I purchased my camera I wasn't told that if wouldn't cover if O new I wouldn't spend extra money. Plus I was looking in the box for a manual it did not came like any device you purchased it comes with a manual. So I'm very disappointed with the customer service I've received.

4k4lless customer service is outstanding, prompt, and professional. I've had excellent buying experiences from them and now outstanding service on a repair issue. Can't recommend them more highly!

Horrible, horrible experience. Had to get the BBB and my bank involved to get my money back after this company tried to cheat me. They were never able to even send me an order confirmation for my camera order, when I refused to take delivery they tried to claim that my order was missing an expensive part. Why do you think that was?

I was able to place my order easily and John was a great help in sorting out billing and shipping. I was a little wary about the validity of the site but I’m glad I took the chance!
