I have been waiting on my order for 3


I have been waiting on my order for 3 months. I ordered a garden table, bench and 4 chairs. They delivered the table and bench after 6 weeks, but still have not delivered the chairs! I have rang the customer service plenty of times, no-one ever answers.. I have chatted on their live chat countless times, and I always get "it will be shipped soon".. and then no follow up update. My emails largely go unresponded to.

I've checked your new DPD Tracking reference, and it says "Non Conveyable (large)"... It means that the product can not be transported because it's too large. So, there must be a mistake, because 2 Ethnictaft Glass Trays are not that large... IÂŽm done with your arguments and cheap talk! I want my money back! Please tell me what you need to proceed with the refund, as soon as possible, because I want to close this long lasting infortunable subject, since 2025/12/22, until the end of April (remember I,m moving to another city)! Hope to hear from you, today!

I sent several emails and the contact


I sent several emails and the contact form on the website asking about the status of my order and have not received any response.
There was not a single letter about changing the order status or a payment receipt.

Update:
Since, following my review here, they finally replied to me personally via email and sent me an order status update a few days later, I am raising my rating by one star. I will update this information and my rating accordingly, depending on further feedback, delivery performance, and the quality and condition of the products.

Deliveries to Portugal can take a little longer than standard, which we do state in our FAQ. We were also closed over the weekend, but I have responded to your enquiry earlier today with an update.

Quality oak table made to order.

Order for an oak table was placed on 10 February. The items are made to order so a few weeks is normal for delivery. Was unable to accept the first delivery date, it was simple to reject it and another delivery was offered about a week later. Item arrived on 27 March with no issue about 6 weeks total. The table was well packaged in excellent condition and easy to assemble (legs only). I would buy from 4living.co.uk again.

I placed an order for a table with four


I placed an order for a table with four living over five weeks ago. At the point of order the table was supposed to be delivered within 7 to 10 days it’s been three weeks and they’ve just been messing me around,you you can’t get through to them over the phone, there’s a chance Service where they just tell you exactly what they want you to hear and don’t follow through or follow-up on anything that you agreed on the chat. Do not use this company. I am now trying to get a refund, but I still can’t get through to them. I’m going to contact my credit card company.

I ordered a floor lamp months ago and


I ordered a floor lamp months ago and still have not received it. A few days before I was scheduled to receive the order, I received one email update from their team, informing me that the delivery date would be delayed for another 14 working days. At present, a week has passed since the new deadline, and despite emailing them multiple times before and after the new date, I have received zero responses, which I find very suspicious, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

I keep getting asked to review a


I keep getting asked to review a product which I’ve been awaiting for ages. They don’t respond to queries unless you go online. I’ve now had the same reason for delay given at least twice & am losing patience & confidence that I’ll ever see the item. It’s odd as some customers are delighted, but I’m absolutely not.

Deliveries to Scotland can take longer, as mentioned on our website, however in your case there has also unfortunately been an additional delay from the producer, which has extended the timeline further. Unhappy with how my item was delivered

Unhappy with how my item was delivered. Delivery was already delayed due to Christmas. I understand that but my item came with complimentary white glove service. The item was delivered fully put together however no one offered to unbox the desk, put in the room I wanted and take away all the rubbish. A bit upset as the item has is incredibly heavy to lift and move on my own.

Over promising and badly under delivering.

This company over promised and significantly under delivered. When informing them about my experience in writing they only provided excuses and completely ignored my request for material compensation for the failure to deliver on time, failure to provide the stated materially valuable complimentary services and items associated with the order and finally the significant distress caused by the eventual delivery.
Based on this experience I strongly suggest finding other companies that trade in the same items as sold by 4 Living.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience fell short of expectations and caused you frustration and disappointment.

Your order was placed on 25 November. Due to the pre-Christmas period, delivery took slightly longer than the estimated 10–15 working days. As noted on our website, deliveries to Scotland, particularly areas north of Edinburgh, can take longer. Your order was delivered by 22 December.

As delivering before Christmas was a priority and it is the busiest time of the year, we used an alternative delivery partner, and we apologise that the service provided did not meet our usual standards.

We take feedback like this seriously, as it helps us review both our processes and the partners we work with.

This has been one of the worst


This has been one of the worst companies to deal with. Such poor communication and misinformation from emails and the online chat. I was in contact before placing the order after reading other reviews about delivery but decided to go with them anyway, was told it would be delivered before Christmas. Week before Christmas I got in contact to be sure - was told yes would still be delivered. An hour later I get an email saying it would be delayed 10 working days, online chat said this was incorrect. I got an email to say table was in the warehouse ready for delivery, 4 days later I get another email telling me the order has left Belgium and will be in the warehouse in 5 days.

A really frustrating company to deal with and seems like blatant lies from the team.

As a brand that prides itself on a good service, it is clear that our internal communication during the busy Christmas period fell short. The conflicting updates regarding the Belgian shipment versus our Irish warehouse stock were the result of a synchronization error in our tracking system, and I am deeply sorry for the frustration and 'misinformation' this caused you.
