Ethnicraft Oak Bok Bench
I ordered another bench instead of ordering 4 chairs. I was so happy with the existing long bench ad the large tables, I wanted ti have clear lines. Lucy was instrumental in helping me make that decision.
Overall great product, design and quality but above all great customer service for the most important furniture. To buy this without seeing the table and bench was a huge risk.
I have purchased for my new barn in Norfolk. Really happy

I love the product and it’s amazing quality. The delivery was delayed significantly and the communication was poor.
Improve the communication and don’t make promises that are not achievable as the furniture is superb and you will give a better customer service.

Arrived on time, however missing the hardware. Anja sorted this out very quickly and missing parts arrived within days.

Ordered a coffee table at the start of December with estimated delivery of 3 weeks.

I understood that I was cutting it fine for Xmas so wasn’t surprised at it not being delivered by then. However the complete lack of communication telling me this, failure to get back to me (each time I have had to prompt them more than once for some kind of update) had me worried that we were getting into soap opera territory.

And so it proved. I was told that they we would get back to me at the start of January. They didn’t. I ended up having to phone them and was told they still didn’t know.

The following week I got an email saying to expect a delivery date within the next ten days.

Twenty days on and still nothing. Phoned on Thursday 23rd of January and was told they would get back to me. They didn’t. Phoned Wednesday 29th January and was told I would be emailed the next day. Guess what ? They didn’t

So almost two months on from ordering it, I have no idea as to when or even if I am going to receive this despite spending £500.

They may have had difficulty with their supplier but 4Living have clearly not been monitoring this order and keeping on top of it

Very very poor

I had an extremely disappointing experience with 4 Living EU. I placed an order for a sofa, which was supposed to be delivered within 4-5 weeks. Three months later, I still had not received the item, despite numerous follow-ups. The courier claimed to have delivered the product, but no proof of delivery was provided, and I categorically did not receive it. Although responsive at first, they failed to resolve the issue or provide a refund, leaving me to initiate a chargeback. Their lack of accountability and unresponsive customer service once I requested a refund make them a company I cannot recommend. Proceed with caution.

Waiting on delivery of an item ordered at the beginning of December.
Despite upon ordering it stated (and remains stated) that delivery of this item is 20 working days, I’m waiting on formal notification of when delivery is going to happen.
I have sent various emails which have received little or no response.
I’m still none the wiser of where my item is or how long delivery is going to take!!
Awful customer service.

Ordered an oak bench, contacted 4Living for some extra info and they were very prompt and helpful. Took advantage of a discount offer and ordered the bench which arrived beautifully packaged in the given time frame. The item is lovely and of a very high quality, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Communication about delayed delivery dates could have been improved but they rectified this to my satisfaction. Quality product arrived as expected.

Prompt professional delivery

Excellent service, ordering process was easy, good communication, delivery was excellent and on top of that the price was very competitive, I have no problem recommending 4 Living.

We purchased an Ethnicraft teak dining table from 4 Living and are delighted with it. It is solidly made and very striking. The 4 Living team were very good at keeping us informed re: delivery timings etc. and the delivery team were very personable and helpful.

Really lovely oak nightstand, high quality and workmanship. They also price matched for me and gave me an extra discount as a first time buyer and it included a free wood oil which came separately in the post. The only negative was the delivery company they used who were quite rude and not very accommodating about delivery times. They only offer slots at 6-8am to suit them, when most other couriers deliver at times of the day to suit the customer.
