We purchased our 4 Seasons Sussex garden furniture 5 years ago. We had a small problem with the weave and collars. I emailed Natasha who promptly emailed me back. A technician came out within four days and repaired the furniture. The furniture still looks like new due to the high quality materials used . The after sales care (Natasha) are professional, courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend 4 Seasons garden furniture.

I cannot recommend this brand enough. Excellent product which is made of well made materials and super sturdy. I have had 1 set for a year and it literally looks brand new despite being left outside in the elements. I liked it so much, I ordered another one for my mum! It is absolutely value for money.

I bought a Pablo teak round coffee table through John Lewis. It looks great and I’m waiting for it to be warm enough to use it. Excellent personal service from Four seasons. So nice to have real named people contacting me.
All the chairs are too big to go with it. Maybe they can design small chairs for small spaces.

We ordered a pair of outdoor chairs from John Lewis. We received a confirmation call very quickly for the delivery. The delivery person was very punctual, professional, polite and friendly. The chairs are very cozy as I expected. It’s a great shopping experience.

Is gebruikersschade?
Zo'n prijzige parasol, kwaliteit doek?Kennen nog een 2-tal kennissen juist hetzelfde voor hebben.
Een parasol wordt zelden op een jaar gebruikt!Konden een nieuw doek bestellen tegen betaling!Is niet de bedoeling geweest om 3jaar het doek te hoeven vernieuwen.
Als klant kan men toch maar na gebruik hoes over te trekken?

We ordered our furniture through John Lewis. Excellent service, arranged delivery which was done well. We have found the products (chairs and side tables and coffee table) to be as expected and of a lovely quality. Easy to assemble. Very happy!

Last week 4 Seasons Outdoor replaced our damaged 3 year old parasol free of charge including delivery. We had requested a new part only. They were a pleasure to deal with, can’t recommend them and their products enough.

Ordered lovely Prado ellipse table through John Lewis. Shortly after placing the order we had a very polite phone call from 4SO to arrange delivery. The delivery was on time and the technician did a great job of setting the table up and removing all packaging, although I did need to help him carry the table top into place. The quality is very good and buying the table through John Lewis without chairs was very good value for money

We have had 4 Seasons Outdoor garden for over fifteen years and it’s as good as the day we bought it. We recently decided to add a new lounge set and wasn’t sure which set to go for, we decided to opt for the Meteoro and the quality is amazing. We were fortunate (via our approved supplier) to visit the amazing showroom in Reading which helped us finally decide which range to go for. The Meteoro comes in modules which are held together buy easy to use Velcro straps, not sure how, but I managed to lose some of the straps so contacted 4 Seasons to buy some replacements, I discussed the issue with Joanna and was contacted by Natasha both of which were very helpful. Natasha sent me an email within a few hours saying they had dispatched the replacement straps free of charge. It’s very rare to have any problems but the 4 Seasons team are always very helpful. Brilliant service I will definitely be buying from them in the future……….

I telephoned and spoke to Natasha explaining I was after some touch up paint for our patio table which we bought way back in 2018. Natasha very kindly offered to send me the paint free of charge. The overall customer service was superb as it has always been and Natasha couldn't have been more helpful and professional. The table and chairs are still going strong and look fabulous.

We had an issue with the cord in our parasol breaking. The 4 Seasons team provided a replacement cord free of charge and provided effective advice on how to fit the replacement. We could not have asked for more.

We were really pleased with the work that your technician (Michael) did to repair our garden chair. The repair appointment was arranged very efficiently and the repair work was excellent. Thank you for dealing with this minor issue so quickly and effectively.

I contacted 4Seasons as I have a garden table and chairs and needed some replacement ‘feet’.

After a quick call to customer support and emailing a photo of the parts I required, together with a proof of purchase, the parts were posted out first class the next working day.

We ordered our garden furniture on Bents Garden Centre website , who were very helpful when we had an enquiry re extra seating . Shortly after ordering I received a phone call from 4 seasons explaining the delivery procedure . On the day of delivery one of the delivery guys rang to explain they were running a little late which I thought was a nice gesture. They set up the furniture on our decking , were very friendly & polite . I am very pleased with the quality of the product and also the standard of customer service from the garden centre , 4 seasons & courier

My wife and I recently purchased a 4 Seasons Outdoor dining set. It was delivered by courier - two very helpful guys - on time, updates en route, no delays, no waiting around. The dining set is fabulous and exactly as described on line. Top quality materials and assembled by clearly very skilful crafts people. We could not be happier with the choice that we made. And, to share our overall experience I must include the Customer Service. A huge thank you to Natasha and the team for their help in completing our order. Polite, courteous and professional. A fantastic product and first class service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Updates on when the furniture would be delivered and installed were helpful. Drivers were polite and installed the furniture exactly where we wanted it and took away all the packaging on the day. Would recommend the company.

Excellent service from this company. They kept us up to date on delivery days and times. When they arrived they installed our parasol and granite base quickly and efficiently, and showed us how to operate it! I am very pleased with 4 Seasons and would certainly use them again.

We received a fantastic service from 4 Seasons. One of the sections of our furniture wasn't in the van, but the driver went back and got it immediately. The furniture was installed and all packing removed. We purchased the Country Corner Suite with Teak oil. It looks fantastic and is extremely comfortable.
