£7.50 to return item
Items returned and charged nearly £4 for return postage and a further £3.50 deducted from return and told this was to reduce “carbon footprint”. Emailed their customer service to query this and they never replied. Do not order from this company. They are obviously paying bloggers to promote their goods but their ethos is awful and not customer focused.

We also cannot refund the original delivery fee which you paid to have your parcel delivered as this service was fulfilled.

Worst company ever
Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Have been waiting for my refund for nearly two weeks and it’s nowhere to be seen after having chased it multiple times. So quick to take your money, and they can’t even give it back even after you pay for your return!

Absolute joke
Absolute joke - returned a top that was faulty, firstly had to pay postage £3.50 - to then only receive part refund as they held onto to the VAT. Will never buy from this company again

Terrible returns breaching consumer…
Terrible returns breaching consumer rights - the website states 30 days return policy. The law states that return days are calculated from the point at which the customer has possession of the items (date they are delivered). However, the website is set to only accept returns from the date the items were ordered. This is ridiculous because your items could be delivered late or get lost on the way and this eats into your statutory returns period. Unacceptable, won’t be ordering from here again & would like money back for the items I have been trying to return.

Poor customer service
Ordered 2 tops & 2 skirts on 22 April.
Order 4TH74115 - £137 paid standard delivery 3 days
Now 3rd May and after emailing 4 times (got a generic response from Katie) I still have no update on my order, no clothes & £137 out of my account.
Really disappointing customer service, as I am going away this weekend and wanted the items for the trip.
Please can someone get back to me ASAP either with a delivery date or refund me if you do not have the stock.

As explained by our Customer Care Team, your shipment was cancelled by the carrier and returned to our warehouse, this sometimes happens for reasons unknown to us; there could have possibly been a delivery address issue.
I can see the team have now issued you a full refund as a replacement wasn't possible due to stock availability.

The website was easy to navigate, and the speed of delivery was excellent.

Great service and quality item!
I placed my order yesterday morning and it’s arrived via Amazon this afternoon.
The jumper was a restock that I’ve had my eye on.
The item came beautifully packaged.
I can’t comment on returns as haven’t had to yet. The jumper is a lovely quality and can’t wait to wear it.
My experience has been faultless.

Awful returns policy
Awful returns policy, they charge you £3.95 to return your items then take forever to refund. They acknowledged my return 2 weeks ago but still no sign of my refund. Avoid

Great customer service
No fuss. Very helpful and even when she got the first response incorrect she owned up, apologised and dealt with the issue quickly. The clothes received were lovely, and great quality. Would order again from here

Ce site est tout simplement une escroquerie. Des frais de livraison de 20 euros pour la France, et si par malheur la taille n'est pas conforme (j'ai commandé du 38, c'était trop petit), le retour vous coûte encore 9 euros, sans garantie de remboursement des frais initiaux. C'est inacceptable et franchement honteux. Évitez-le absolument, c'est une perte de temps et d'argent assurée.
Suite au problème j’ai tout de même eu plusieurs mail du service client très réactif j’ai donc augmenter ma note de deux étoiles

Nos frais de retour sont en place pour réduire l'empreinte carbone des retours. Le processus logistique de retour des marchandises a une empreinte environnementale et, en tant que marque qui s'efforce de proposer une expérience d'achat plus durable, nous trouvons cela extrêmement important.

I want my refund!!!
Sent a return which has been acknowledged. Advised a refund would be processed within 10 days. This has not materialised. Sent an email advising to be told it may take a week for them to respond. Totally unacceptable. The money is needed. Contacted my bank and no sign of this being processed. If I don’t receive said refund by Monday being the next working day I will have to contact my bank for a chargeback/fraudulent transaction
