Reckless - to say the least.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations Act 2013 - 4th & Reckless fails to meet consumer rights.

They do not provide the ability to cancel and order a the point of sale.
They make cancelling an order unnecessarily difficult.

This business should be banned from trading

I have requested a full refund as I tried to cancel an order after submitting the wrong address. They still dispatched the order (to the wrong address) despite me providing 26hours notice of this request, prior to dispatch.

I do not recommend this Reckless company

Love my new coat. Great customer service as I had send it back as it was too big.

First time ordering from this company and will NOT again. I ordered two items, of which were way too big even at the smallest size. Processed a return which only gave me the Yodel option and meant I had to drive a 15mile round trip to complete. Their advertising regarding easy returns is false! The parcel and items were in a perfect condition as all I did was try them on. Now I have been told that it’s damaged and they cannot process the refund. Looking at other reviews, it seems like this is a common theme and maybe they should look at using another courier, or maybe it’s a SCAM. Not sure. I have replied to the email from customer services to ask what damage but have had no response. Very disappointed!

Refund not received after tracking states received on 28th September
and it is now the 14th October.
No communication from the company

Terrible Company. Returned 2 unworn items a month ago. Chased by email as hadn't had a return confirmation. A week later received an email to say that the return had been flagged as damaged. When I asked what the damage was I had no response. Chased another couple of times and finally had an email to say that one of the items had been flagged as having been worn due to a smell on return and couldn't be resold. The item was sent back in exactly the same way that it was received, in the original packaging, unworn and with the label still attached!!! Will never order from them again!!

Order two things that didn t fit and sent them back the day after i got them! 2/09 . Even until today 5/10 i didn’t got my money back. Got an email said an item been flagt as damaged. After 1 month of sending them back!!!!
They refuse to send me the money back! Save your time and don’t order from this fraud company!!!!!!!

I have an issue with my Order and the company are non contactable.

I am desperate to speak with some and there is no telephone number to speak with anyone,I have logged a ticket and sent an email and it says the response time is 3-5 days which does not resolve the issue before the goods are posted.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First time ordering from this company and had to pay for my return. They they deducted money from my PayPal refund for what I do not know?
I can’t be bothered wasting time contacting them after reading the reviews on here and just will not order again. BEWARE!!

Cela fait deux semaines que j’ai commandé trois articles. Ils disent que le colis est envoyé mais tjrs rien … quand je tape le numéro de suivi celui ci est introuvable …
J’ai envoyé 3 mails sans réponse …

On 22 July I ordered AND PAID FOR 2 jumpsuits sizes 10 and 12. Still never received them. Order confirmation said they can take up to 3 days to arrive. When I contacted customer services (email is the only way, no phone number) after 7 days I got an automated response saying I would receive a reply within 3-5 days. I had to keep chasing. Eventually got a response to say they no longer had size 10 and refunded me the £60 for it. They said they would post out the size 12 again as a priority. That was 2 August. Still haven’t received it. I sent 2 further emails to complain and was told off for chasing
“Please avoid sending multiple emails, all this does is push your query right to the back of the queue”.

I STILL HAVEN'T HAD THE SECOND JUMPSUIT OR A REFUND FOR IT. So 4th and reckless have now had my £60 for over 3 weeks without supplying any goods. It’s bordering on criminal. It’s certainly reckless as per their name.

I don’t actually know what to do next…

I have ordered several times from 4th & Reckless and I love the clothes. Also very prompt delivery.
The reason I give 3 stars only is related to the return process. 4 out of 5 times I have to contact customer service about my return, as it does not happen automatically. I once waited beyond a month.
I have given this feedback directly to customer service, but at the moment I am in the same situation again.
To be fair, when I do contact customer service the return is handled very quickly.

I would give 5 stars if this was fixed.

Poor communication . Returned two orders and haven’t had confirmation of the return . Emailed multiple times and no response . Would not order from here again. Still waiting for my refund.

The worst experience I've ever had ordering from a company online. I ordered a dress and top on the 14th of June, over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received an order confirmation despite numerous follow ups. I've now asked for a refund which I've received no response to either - I see online that lot's of other people are having the same issue, I'm not sure how they are able to get away with this, they shouldn't be taking people's money if they cannot fulfill the order!

J’ai commandé 2 fois il y a plus d’un mois sur le site, 20 euros de frais de livraison pour chaque commande et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. J’ai contacté le service client et ils me répètent sans cesse qu’il y a un problème de délai avec Fedex, leur service de livraison. Ils prétendent revenir vers moi une fois avoir eu un retour de leur part mais ça fait des semaines qu’ils répètent la même chose, en vain!! J’ai donc contacté Fedex et ils m’ont dit qu’ils n’ont même pas reçu mon colis, c’est donc un gros MENSONGE!! HONTEUX!!!!! Ça fait des semaines qu’ils disent que c’est de la faute de Fedex alors qu’ils ne leur ont même pas remis le colis !!!

Helpful & prompt customer service when advised there was a missing item from one of my orders.

Only downside is that you have to pay for returns & I couldn't process returns from more than 1 order, so you pay £3.50 per return per order rather than being able to pack them together.

Awful service, I ordered on the 24th of May and contacted them twice regarding the status of my order since a FeDEX label had been created.
Was told the easy "we're having issues with FeDEX on European orders" and nothing more, when you can still order on their website which promises a 4 working days delivery WITH FEDEX.

No offering to refund the delivery costs which are crazy, and no further information on my order...
Run don't walk away from this company who offers so much to influencers and don't care about the clients that pay them.

Would not recommend. I placed an order on the 8th of June and have yet to receive my order or any sort of tracking. Ive emailed multiple times and it is impossible to speak with someone. I understand delay's but its advertised as 3-5 working days on your website. very frustrating!!
