Since September 17 I can’t get my money back!!

I cancelled my order since September 20th, and I still didn’t get a refund. I got some crazy emails from someone called Caroline Hernandez where I was told you have refunded me, and cancelled the payment, which is a lie. My card has not been refunded and the order is still “being processed”:

I ordered 4 steel off road wheels from these folks. After a long stent w/the tire shop and me being unhappy w/vibration issues ; They show me where two of the wheels were bent from the factory. The boxes showed no signs of hurt. 4WP absolutely refused to help as 'I SHOULD HAVE HAD THE WHEELS CHECKED BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES" I'm an ASE master and I can comfortably say.'
WHO THE HELL DOES THAT". The two wheels are in my scrap barrel now.

I purchased a TJ softtop replacement from 4WheelParts a very long time ago. I've tried calling several times but I get someone on the phone I just get put on hold almost automatically. I'll never never buy anything from these people again!

I purchase a full set of rotors and brake pads. I first received the rear rotors which arrived damaged. I sent an email with no response. When i called to their customer service number I was on hold for over an hour. The service rep told they filled a claim with UPS and I had to wait 48 hours so they can receive a response from UPS and then they would ship me new rotors. When I received the rest of my order, its very clear the first set of rotors were used and the were not even remotely close packaged the same. The second set of rotors were boxed individually, then warped in plastic and then boxed in a bigger box. The first set of rotors were just thrown in a box without any protection. They claim to have a A+ customer rating on BBB but when you look them up they have a F rating. What a deceiving company.

I bought tires and wheels from 4 wheel parts and it was $3500 and if I bought certain wheels and tires I would get a $500 gift card in return and it turned out it was the tire and wheels I wanted. After about two weeks of not hearing anything I reached out which was almost impossible to get a response but I finally did and they informed that the tires were on back order and should be in soon. After about i month I reached out again and the tires were finally in stock and they were gonna get sent out to me with the wheels. After another week I received my tires but no wheels. When I reached out to 4 wheels parts asking where my wheels were they said they didn’t know. My $1600 wheels are missing and 4 wheel parts have no idea where they are. And to mention they told me that I would get my gift card 30-60 days once I received my package. I would stay far away from them. This has been nothing but a terrible experience and I would have much rather paid more to get my stuff and have quality customer service. I still don’t have my tires. They don’t derserve a star at all. They should be shutdown. Scam

Went to 4wp to get a cv boot put on in Indianapolis.John came out to look at boot and said I would proably need CV axle and give me the option. So I chose to go to Napa and buy the axle and have 4 wp put it on. John said to call him and schedule a appt. He said he would work on appt and call me sometime that day 9/2.Did not here from him and I called him at 1630 and he said he was working on it and would call me that day.Did not here from him. On 9/3 called to ask him about appt was put on hold and 15 min later was hung up on.I made three attempts to talk to him no answer. So I have found another shop to do work. I have spent around 4,000 dollars at 4 wp on different types of work.Would not recommend 4 wp Indianapolis.I have had work done at 4 wp Memphis and would highly recommend them good customer service which seems to be lacking there at Indy.If you have to have work done there ask for Trevor.

I ordered a couple of items and cancelled them almost immediately. I received an email from them that said, "A request for cancelation has been submitted. Once finalized by our billing team, we will issue a full refund to your original credit card account. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reapply."

I never heard them them again and they didn't ship the products. I sent them an email and didn't get a response. Then I called them and I was hung up on. The original order and cancellation was more than 2 weeks ago.

I am now waiting for PayPal to respond.

Update - PayPal refunded the purchase price. :)

I took my jeep up there in olathe and the long story short because of a wobble so they balanced the tires put a steering knuckle in and a steering dampener no problem. After about a week we started getting the death wobble they started with excuses and we took it up there for them to look at it and it did it on the way up there to drop it off and when we called at the end of the day they said they drove it and nothing was wrong so we left pissed and when we drove it home to lenexa from olathe it did the wobble 2TIMES and takes the steering wheel out of your hand!!!!!!!Now I have it parked again to take it to a REAL PLACE WITH REAL MECHANICS to have the problem fixed. We had to rent a car for a week to wait to get into the shop to be called liars and it was fine and they would drive it on the highway. I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE! I would have a new jeep and they would be sued. I will tell you and everyone I ever meet that it could be a FATAL MISTAKE to take your vehicle there. SCAMMERS AND LIARS ALL AROUND I wish I could give 5 -STARS to that dump of a business

What a trash website and company . DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!!!! . They’re a joke , the worst thing I could’ve done ordereding from this guys. I ordered a bushing kit that was 40$ , and its been 5 months lol . I called them and they told me it should take another 2 weeks the most , its been 3 weeks and still nothing not even a tracking number . And they are still using the covid excuse of some parts may take longer then expected haha . You guys are the worst . TRASH COMPANY . Never in my life ordering from you guys if they can’t send a 40$ product what makes you think they’ll send an expensive part . I hope who ever is thinking of ordering parts reads this before committing their worst mistakes. TRASH COMPANY !!!!

Horrible!!! Ordered online and used PayPal ended up returning to the local store. It has bow been almost 3 weeks and still no refund. I have sent emails with no response and been on hold for 40 minutes with their "customer service" thier excuse is they have a new system that they have to be careful with. 3 weeks is a joke for a return and their agents are rude. I will never use again.

I ordered a Hard top Jeep top on July 2, 2021 and was told it would take 12-14 weeks to receive it. We have since sold our house and requested a change in shipping address and were told we cannot do this. We requested they cancel our order, no response. Tried calling on the phone, just kept on hold indefinitely. Then read reviews and am sorry I didn't do it before ordering over $2400 for that top.

The customer service here is horrible.

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, however also wanted some advice and thoughts from the people who work here everyday.
I wanted to get intake, exhaust, a chip, fender flares, and new bumpers for my jeep.
I made it clear that while I have a Jeep, I don’t need all the bells and whistles as I don’t go off roading much, if at all, however I still wanted her to get a bit of an upgrade//face lift.
The sales guy out together an estimate totally 10k. I made it clear that spending that much wasn’t exactly an issue, however that seemed a bit steep and was a little unclear why an estimate was put together without asking my opinion of the products, what I had in mind, and then to find out everything he added was top of the line. It felt like he wasn’t listening to me, hearing what I wanted, but just wanted to make a quick sale.
After a few modifications, I left with a 3.5k estimate i was pretty happy about and then called back later that day to add on another ~1k of ideas.

Once I was able to come pick up the Jeep after a few days of work, I walked into the store and was flatly ignored for close to 10 minutes while the sales guys talked back and forth about other things. Once one of them finally acknowledge me, he got my paper work, had me sign a few things, and tossed the keys at me. No thank you for your business, do you want me to take you to see what you’ve just spent over 4K on, nothing.
When I went out to the Jeep I was surprised to see that the exhausted I asked for was single instead of double and that the chip they installed had a monitor suction cupped to my windshield that I was completely unaware I’d be getting. When I called back to ask about the two mistakes, I was told that there is only one chip that’s legally allowed in CA and that’s it. I protested saying surely there that is a mistake, that I’m sure you can find ones that do not have to come with a monitor that pushes the price up a few hundred more dollars. Spoiler alert, they found me one that came without a monitor. I was able to switch it out, however nothing could be done about the single exhaust without extra cost to me. Sweet.
When I came back in for the chip exchange I was told it would be about 20 minutes. So I waited and looked around, found a gas cap I liked and asked if that would fit my Jeep now that the fender flares were different. They sales guy said he would as the shop guys and let me know. When he came back he said that it would fit and I said perfect, I’d take it.
After about 45 mins, I asked for an update and was told about 20 or so. Waited around 30, asked again and this time was met with a roll of the eyes. It was so bizarre to me, as I feel that I’m pretty patient and when I was simply asking for updates I wasn’t rude, so I was confused as to why I was being greeted with such attitude.
One of the shop guys working on the Jeep was very kind, friendly, and engaging. He let me know the reason it was taking a bit longer and what fuel grade he programmed the chip for.
Then when I checking out, I was confused as to why I was paying a labor fee and realized they had charged me for the install of the fuel tank cover which I hadn’t asked them to install.

I wanted to come back to get new tires, wheels, and a 2” lift, however with their lack of customer service, unclear/complete lacking of communication (except for the shop guy), and not a care for the fact that people are willing to spend money but don’t want to be taken advantage of, I will not be getting the work done here.

STAY AWAY FROM 4WP worst customer service i have ever seen . will not replace items damaged in shipping,will not return phone calls,will not answer the phone or return. emails ect

Very slow at shipping. waited 2 weeks for it to get shipped and it finally shipped and i still haven’t gotten the package yet. would never buy from them again.

This company will continue to blame everything from lack of parts to a 2 hour wait on the CS on Covid. Placed a order last week that showed "In Stock" on WebSite with notation that order would ship within 24 hours. Week later get the "Covid" e-mail advising that there would be a delay. Check AZM and they had item in-stock. Tried to cancel order on-line but all you can do is send an e-mail. Called CS got a repetitive Covid-19 blah, blah about wait times. 2 hours later got an agent and promptly cancelled. Also sent PP a note since they 4WP immediately charged my PP A/C before even processing the order. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere. You might pay a little more, but you will get the item. How they stay in business is a mystery.

Don’t know how they stay in business ordered May 7th gave up July 21st got a PayPal refund 0 communication skills was ignored I think I gave them plenty of time to get it right. Will be skipping over that site in the future.

Possibly the worst online buying experience I’ve ever had. Ordered my parts. Got the wrong parts. Took weeks to get in touch with 4 wheel parts to get them exchanged. Never received the correct parts and they refused to give me a refund. I don’t know what happened to this once great company!!

Going on 2 months now waiting on brake calipers . Won't give a refund . These guys are crooks . Hopefully they get shutdown so people don't have to go through this nonsense.

On April 18, I bought some shock absorbers for my Jeep Cherokee, more than 2 months have passed and I have not received my product, nor my refund, I have contacted customer service many times, but they never solve my problem, they have ripped me off
