Absolutly 100% service. Tabz could not have done more, she was so helpfull. Also the technical department very good at helping set up.

5Tel’s virtual terminal is easy to use and very reliable. Transactions are quick, the interface is straightforward, and support has been helpful whenever needed. It’s made taking payments simple and hassle-free. Highly recommende

Very smooth, helpful and good customer service

We have recently switched to 5Tel for 2 of our separate companies for our payment gateways.

Having a small amount of knowledge connecting sites using API keys, we relied heavily on the support from the team at 5Tel. One of our sites is an online shop in using Woo commerce and the other is shopify.

Once we had guidance from Tabassum and Khuram, the process of adding the API keys and linking shopify was a simple process.

Tabassum was great at hand holding through this process and her tenacity to help was amazing.

Happy with my new system - would recommend

I sent an email with an issue we were experiencing with our card machine and within a few minutes I got a call from Kharim to help me out, he put me straight through to the customer service team where I spoke to a lovely lady (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) she was able to guide me through step by step to sort the issue out, which was then resolved within a few minutes. I then had a follow up call from Kharim to make sure the problem was solved and I was happy with the service...which I was very much so. Both Kharim and the customer service lady were friendly and professional when dealing with the issue. Thank you both for your help.

Perfect all round, the knowledge on card machines is second to non, cheapest on the market especially with the cost of living crisis

I'm normally sceptical about people coming round to my place of business trying to offer me cheaper card payment services, but, Peter came to see me and I could tell instantly that this was different. Peter was helpful, friendly, informative and wasn't pushy which is what I loved the most. Everything was dealt with efficiently and quickly.

I dealth with Khurram in the agency.
It’s regarding card machine not able to integrate with my existing epos system for both the branches I have.
It’s very disappointing, it looks like nobody in elavon or this agency knows to offer one simple card machine. First time they sent me ingenico machine for £19 plus Vat monthly rental and then elavon customer service said I was given wrong machine by the agency as this cannot be integrated? I received another card machine card machine on Saturday and after calling few times they said they still can’t integrate even though it took few days for deciding correct machine?So what the hell is going on? This is the second time and they can’t figure out. They then offered me another machine for £22 plus VAT
I sent written email and I get the response that they don’t understand my complain. Secondly the agent said it’s bcz I chose cheap machine? Tryin to blame me? Imagine the attitude. Never had any welcome email or a simple call to resolve the issue instead when you try calling them, you get a blame. I hope it will make sense to people reading this review.

Very helpful, costs were halved, so all good for the business
