Upon checking, your order is currently held at the courier’s delivery depot. We’d like to confirm whether you may have received a delivery card from the courier. In some cases, if a delivery attempt was unsuccessful, the courier leaves a card with instructions on where to collect the parcel or how to arrange a redelivery.

We’ve also sent the tracking number to your email so you can review the latest updates directly. For the most accurate and immediate information, we recommend contacting the courier using the details provided in the tracking link, as they can assist with pickup or redelivery arrangements.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered and paid on Wednesday. The website and the confirmation clearly states -- Express Delivery (1-2 working days after processing) - DHL
Like most people I read that as the order is processed when I pay so expected it today Friday. Not received any email or text with tracking so I called their customer care. WHAT A JOKE - the woman I spoke to did not care in the slightest, she told me it had not even been dispatched and at best ikt would leave on Monday, so delivery 1-2 days from that!!! I have an IT person coming monday to install as this is a work laptop which will cost me money to now cancell at such short notice. When I asker to speak to a manager or supervisor I was told manager is off today. When I asked to speak to their manager I was told I could not. I then asked to be put through to the complaints department, only to be told they only accept emailes!!!! They call that CUSTOMER CARE,

DElivery driver has delivered my parcel…

DElivery driver has delivered my parcel to another house because he could not be botjhered to travel a few extra hundred yards to bring it to the proper address.
Just look at the terrible reviews this company gets - WHEN ARE COURIER COMPANIES GOING TO CLEAN UP THEIR ACT AND DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY!!!!!!!!

Scare tactics to sell labels

Scare tactics to sell labels - NOT IMPRESSED WITH THOSE TACTICS.
So I bought a Brother label machine - had 2 calls trying to get me to buy labels from them. First from a helpfull lady who just excepeted I can get them cheaper elsewhere. However just now had another call from an obnoxious man telling me that if non Brother labels are used it invalidates the warranty. Strange when you see that Printerbase sell compatable labels as well!!!! First and last time I will buy anything from them.

We have looked in this and the team member you spoke to was trying to make you aware of the fact that not all compatible labels on the market come with a warranty and the fact that our own branded labels are 100% tested and come with a 12-month warranty as standard.

We take all reviews seriously and constantly work to rectify any issues and learn from the feedback going forward.

TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION OF GOOD THEY ARE SELLING!!
I recently spent £99.17 with this company based on the photos & info of the products they were selling.
The rust paint came with Chinese labels – I emailed the company 3 times says it is dangerous to have a chemical without being able to read how to use and the warnings. Never had a reply!!
On the same order was 3 tubs of a floor paint which they advertised in a large tub saying will cover 6sqmt but sent tiny pots that would be lucky to cover 1sqmt!! - I emailed the company 3 times – no reply!!
I have had enough of being tricked by dishonest Chinese companies.

SO CALLED PROTECTION!!!!!!
I use PayPal because I thought it was safe BUT IT IS NOT. I recently spent £99.17 with a company based on the photos of the products they were selling. The rust paint came with Chinese labels – I emailed the company 3 times says it is dangerous to have a chemical without being able to read how to use and the warnings. Never had a reply so I opened a PayPal case saying I was willing to return for a refund. On the same order was 3 tubs of a floor paint which they advertised in a large tub saying will cover 6sqmt but sent tiny pots that would be lucky to cover 1sqmt!!
I sent PayPal the info below with 5 photos.
Ridiculous small pots that will not cover anything like what is claimed! Photos on adverts show large containers. In particular one photo shows a man pouring it from a large container which is easy to see size in proportion to the man. have emailed the company 3 times, and they don’t bother to reply
The advertised product had an English label - this is in Chinese!! As this is a chemical paint, I need to be able to read the label to remain safe. I have emailed the company 3 times, and they don’t bother to reply
PayPal reply today - We've reviewed the transaction(s) and are refusing your claim(s). The decision was made because we didn't receive a response from you with supporting details for the case. I have just seen the email they say they sent asking for more info in my spam folder. It was 6 days ago!! No reminder sent!! HOWEVER, what possible more info can they need!!
When I looked at the PayPal website resolutions page it says can appeal by 20.07.25 but nowhere does it say how!!
I will be writing to the financial ombudsman.
In future I will use a credit card instead of PayPal as you are safer that way.

Out of frustration I left a 1 star…

Out of frustration I left a 1 star review a few days ago. See below transcript. However the person who left the reply didnt actually read what I had said!! I had already tried that form but there is not enough choices or a misc choice. ---------- Just wasted 20 mins trying to change my email address on my Trustpilot account. No phone number to call. Info says to complete a form but it doesnt have enough choices in drop down box. Lets me change any other info in my setting except the email address. No contact for help or chat box.

Just wasted 20 mins trying to change my email address on my Trustpilot account. No phone number to call. Info says to complete a fm but it doesnt have enough choices in drop down box. Lets me change any other info in my setting except the email address. No contact for help or chat box.

Just went to do an order for £253 and…

Just went to do an order for £253 and then they added £33 import tax. I have ordered many time before and never had this. Not so cheap if they are adding a lot of money at then end so I cancelled the order and will not be buyting anymore from them.

waste my time getting an invoice

I made a subscription order with them but never got an invoice with the delivery. I had to waste 15 mins doing a live chat to request an invoice. I then asked if it can be sent automatically every month witrh the order - THEY SAID NO!!!!!!!!! Ive got to request it every time!!!!!!!!! I will be cancelling the subscription order and getting it elsewhere. Unbelievable that a huge company can loose a monthly order just because they refuse to issue an invoice with the goods. It is a legal requirement to give a VAT invoice if you are taking VAT!!!!!!!!!

I answered an advert for a boat for sale only to be told its is not available as under offer - SO WHY STILL ADVERTISE IT and waste peoples time!
This is the second time this has happened. They do it so they can get your details. Very unprofesional for such a large company

Your enquiries came through Rightboat and this is the only website that we use that doesn't update automatically when a boat goes under offer. We are updating the way our website feeds to other sites so this problem will be eliminated soon. It is not an attempt to gather data at all.

They have started again making up false reason not to give me my money

OMG, look at all the terrible reviews this company has - why are we all using them???
They say the reason they wont give me my money is my bank refused to accept the credit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i HAVE 1 PRIVATE AND 2 BUSINESS ACCOUNTS WITH pAYPAL AND i AM GOING TO CLOSE THEM ALL AS iM SICK OF THEM NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY - ITS PLAIN STEALING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THEY JUST DONT CARE!

Yodel yet again gave a terrible service so I left a bad revies. They replied with - I would really like to have a look into this for you. Please could you email with DETAILE - BUT I HAD ALREADY GIVEN THE TRACKING NUMBER IN THE REVIEW SO IF THEY REALLY WANTED TO LOOK INTO IT THEY COULD HAVE. Companies like this just give a standard replyt to make it look like they care - BUT THEY DONT!!!
