Awesome customer service

Awesome customer service! I ordered a size to small and set up a return and re-ordered the correct size! Two days later my new pants arrived and the fit perfect! Love these pants Golfed in them in the rain and the water resistant pants proved worthy of the Oregon Coast wet weather! They are comfortable and stretchy for active lifestyles! Will get additional colors! Thank You!

Every product my family owns of 686 has superior quality! We have traveled the world wearing our 686 products in all kinds of weather conditions and are always warm, comfortable, and dry. Keep producing these amazing products! Will be a 686 fan for life!

Great customer service!

Customer service was great about handling my exchange. Made things super easy and simple and got my items to me quickly. Products are amazing. Best pants ive ever purchased. Now on my fourth pair.

Pretty pricey

Pretty pricey, but being a returning customer I know the jackets are extremely durable and last for a long time. That said, this jacket in particular is not nearly as durable as jackets ive bought from them in the past. Ive owned their jackets for years and they age well, but this one is showing signs of wear already and the main zipper is a huge pain, doesnt work right.
