A heartfelt thank you to Awan brother for organizing everything seamlessly from start to finish. My Umrah journey went smoothly, from departure to return, and I truly appreciated the excellent hotel services as well as the punctual pick-up and drop-off arrangements. I’m glad I chose your travel agency—especially since I was initially hesitant due to the many scams out there. Your professionalism and reliability have given me complete peace of mind.

Good and fast service from Awan for me and my dad to book tickets to Pakistan. Job was done very quickly with a reasonable price.

Truly Exceptional Umrah Experience with 7 Continents Travel!

From start to finish, my Umrah journey with 7 Continents Travel was absolutely seamless and stress-free. The entire process — from choosing flights and hotels to visa arrangements and ground transport — was handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

A special mention goes to Danish, who went above and beyond to make our pilgrimage truly special. His support was available 24/7, and he constantly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly — even after we had arrived in Madinah! He offered valuable tips and advice without us even having to ask, and it really showed how dedicated and sincere he was about making sure our experience was perfectIt’s rare to find such genuine, attentive service these days, and 7 Continents Travel truly exceeded all expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning their Umrah or any other journey — you’ll be in the best hands possible.

We stayed at Pullman Zam Zam in Madinah close to masjid nabwi ( 2 mins walk ) great comfy hotel loved it. In Makkah we stayed at Anjum hotel a very big hotel about 5 minute walk into Haram .

Umrah Trip Experience with 7 Continents Travel Ltd

The experience I had on my recent Umrah trip booked through 7 Continents Travel Ltd. The journey, which I paid for over three weeks in advance, was marred by numerous issues, resulting in significant inconvenience and additional expenses.

Below are the key problems encountered during my trip:

Short Layover in Bahrain – The brief layover appeared to contribute to a series of complications during the trip, adding unnecessary stress from the outset.

Lost Luggage upon Arrival in Jedda – My luggage did not arrive with me. After waiting, I reported the issue to Gulf Airlines, and it took additional time to resolve. As a result, I had to pay for a taxi separately the following day to collect my luggage.

Accommodation Issue – Upon arrival at the hotel late at night (1:45 AM), I presented the hotel voucher provided by 7 Continents Travel Ltd, only to be informed that the reservation had been canceled due to non-payment by 7 Continents Travel Ltd. This forced me to pay for accommodation out of my own pocket at an already stressful and inconvenient time.

Lack of Support – I reached out to 7 Continents Travel Ltd via WhatsApp, but received no support or resolution. Even the following day, I received no assistance from 7 Continents Travel Ltd, despite the issues being reported. No one asked me you have enough funds etc, there was a complete lack of communication or effort to resolve the situation.

As a result of these multiple problems, I am still in the process of trying to recover the costs I had to pay for the accommodation.

The customer service provided throughout this has been extremely poor. I am thoroughly disappointed by the lack of support and the failure of 7 Continents Travel Ltd to address these issues promptly.

I wil not recommend 7 Continents Travel Ltd to friends and family.

Finally, a comment made by your sales representative, who said, "I will not forget the experience with the company." Rest assured, I will certainly not forget my experience with 7 Continents Travel Ltd.

I recently booked a holiday through Br. Taimoor at 7-Continents for a family trip to Doha, Qatar, followed by Umrah in Makkah and Madinah.

This was my second time booking with the team, and once again, the experience was excellent. From start to finish, the service was efficient, professional, and very well organised.

Flights, hotels, and transport were all perfectly arranged, and everything went smoothly as planned.

I highly recommend 7-Continents for their outstanding service.
JazakAllahu Khair to the entire team.

We used 7 Continents Travel for Umrah during the month of August 2025. We a family of four went for 10 days. Shayan Bhai gave us a amazing package which included BA direct flight to Jeddah which included out transportation which was pick up from Jeddah airport to Makkah to Emaar Grand Hotel which was around 8 minutes walk to the Masjid al Haram. Shayan Bhai also organized the transportation from Jeddah to Madinah to our hotel Swiss International Taba AL Salam which was around 5 minutes walk to AL Masjid an Nabawi. Shayan Bhai also arranged for Ziyarat for both Makkah and Madinah.
Over all our Umrah trip was great Alhamduillah.
I am happy to recommend 7 Continents Travel and do speak to Shayan Bhai for your travel arrangements.

7 Continents Travel is the only travel company I use to help book my flight tickets for myself and my family. Jennifer in particular has always shown great customer service with perfect communication and updates on my past bookings which I truly appreciate. I've been booking my flights with this particular company for over ten years! Definitely would recommend to others as they haven't disappointed me once. Big thank you to Jennifer!

My family and I are very happy with the excellent experience we received from Honey at 7 Continental Travel. This travel agent is very lucky to have Honey because he is very good at customer service. Keep up the good work, Honey, and expect more travel bookings from me, family members and friends
