I purchased my Umrah package from this travel agent. It was amazing service by Ahmad Ali. He was very informative and passionate. All my queries were dealt perfectly. Well done Ali.

Very nice service highly recommend to others. Thank you Nabila.

Jennifer is very good on her service and so friendly

It's my third time of using this company and via brother Awais, this time to Malaysia. Excellent experience with brother Awais, as always helpful, reliable and honest and had an amazing time in Malaysia. I will definitely recommend the company and Awais to my friends and family.

Al hamdhu lillaah. I would like to thank br Syed Israr for arranging our Umrah package. Everything went well. Madina hotel was only a minute behind the masjid Nabawi. Though the location was excellent, I thought Diyar Al Eiman was a 3* and not a 4*...but was pleasant to stay in never the less. Hotel Emaan Grand in Makkah was 10mins walk away , which I didn't mind as instructed by br Syed Israr. It is an excellent 4* hotel. The transportation within Saudi was excellent and the drivers were very friendly. Jazak Allah Khair br Syed Israr for your service ..may Allah put baraqah in your business

Very good, no problem at all fully satisfied 👌

Farhan helped me to purchase a ticket and the deal was great. He communication with me was brilliant. He sent me the option to choose and he helped me to choose the best option. I was happy with the choice. Farhan knows very well his job. Great communication skills. Dealing with him is a strength forward.

Great experience, From the very first call, every time I needed help with our Umrah travels and any inquiries related to Umrah. Saif Bhai was superb. He helped with all queries. Saif bhai provided us with the best knowledge, advice, and honesty. We are always very grateful for all the help. Thank you very much.

I have used 7 Continents Travels Limited / Makkah Tour Limited a few times over the last couple of years and each time had the pleasure of Waleed dealing with my bookings.
Waleed is a very professional individual, his friendliness, nice approach to his work, attitude and reliability. He has been a great help in sorting out the best value for money flight tickets, hotels and travel plans every time. Waleed has been wonderful to me and my elderly parents in organising wheelchair accessibility throughout each trip.

What makes Waleed stand out is his excellent communication, his endeavours to always keep you posted and he also follows up and rings with any flight time changes and enquires a few days before the flight to confirm all is well …...personally I do not know any other agent who does that.

He stayed in contact with us whilst we were there too to make sure we were looked after. Would 100% book with him again for any future trip. In-Shaa-Allaah.

If there's anything more than five stars, I would recommend it for him.

Anyone who is looking to book umrah trip hassle free and to have everything taken care of give Waleed from 7 Continents Travel Ltd / Makkah Tour Ltd a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Thanks Waleed.

Keep it up Brother....Surely the powers above will take notice soon.

I have used 7 continents travel many times and always find Mr. Nadeem Gill very professional, humble and caring towards his customers. He has gone extra mile whenever I have booked my umrah with them.

Travel services they provide are really professional with new cars and nice drivers.

They have always kept their words and the hotels they booked are the ones shown. No surprises when you arrive at hotel.

I highly recommend them especially Mr. Nadeem Gill

My family always use 7 continents travel to book holidays, they are helpful and give the best prices. Ahmed provided us with high level customer service, he helped book our flights to Jamaica and the speed and efficiency of service was excellent. Will stick to 7 continents, thank you Ahmed!
