Ich war zur Beratung bei Frau Selimi im Zürcher Büro. Ich wurde sehr kompetent und nett beraten! Der ganze Prozess war sehr einfach und das Schmuckstück entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Die Qualität ist toll und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.
Das war sicher nicht mein letzter Kauf.

Wir haben unsere Ringe bei 77 Diamonds gekauft und sind rundum begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die ausserordentlich kompetente und gleichzeitig sehr herzliche Beratung durch Frau Dijana Shopova. Sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen, ist auf unsere Wünsche mit bemerkenswerter Sorgfalt eingegangen und hat den gesamten Prozess mit grosser Professionalität begleitet.

Die Qualität der Ringe ist exzellent, die Verarbeitung ausgesprochen hochwertig und die gesamte Abwicklung verlief reibungslos und sehr angenehm.

Insgesamt haben wir vier Ringe bestellt: unsere beiden Trauringe sowie zusätzlich für meinen Schatz Andrea den Paloma Engagement Ring und den Half Lab Grown Vogue (Eternity Ring). Alle vier Stücke sind ästhetisch herausragend und entsprechen exakt unseren Vorstellungen.

I was looking for a special gift in a relatively short timeframe, and contacted the customer team to understand my options. Floriana came to my rescue in helping me find something that was just right. She explained the process fully and assured me that the item would arrive on time, which it duly did. The ring is beautiful

Zu Beginn war ich wirklich begeistert:
Die Möglichkeit, den Diamanten und die Fassung selbst auszuwählen, sowie das erste Gespräch vor Ort mit Frau
M.S, war sehr positiv. Doch danach wurde der gesamte Prozess zunehmend chaotisch.

Ich hatte nie eine feste Ansprechperson, gefühlt wurde jede E-Mail von jemand anderem beantwortet. Dadurch mussten Informationen mehrfach nachgereicht werden, und insgesamt entstand kein Gefühl von Professionalität. Auch die Bestellung verlief schwierig: Steine waren vom Zeitpunkt, an dem ich sie gesehen und angefragt hatte, bis zur Rückmeldung bereits nicht mehr verfügbar, und der Zahlungslink funktionierte mehrfach und über Tage nicht. Als die Zahlung über PayPal schliesslich doch geklappt hatte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich den Ring nicht wie gewünscht vor Ort abholen könne, sondern er per DHL zu mir nach Hause geschickt werde. Dadurch musste ich mir extra frei nehmen bzw. den Ring später an einer DHL-Stelle abholen.

Der schlimmste Moment kam jedoch beim Öffnen der Ringbox: Der Ring war mit einer Gravur versehen, die ich nie ausgewählt habe. Das war extrem irritierend und verunsichernd, besonders, weil es sich um einen Verlobungsring handelt. Also wandte ich mich erneut an den Support, und wieder meldete sich eine mir unbekannte Person. Immerhin wurde der Fehler anerkannt und ich konnte den Ring zur Korrektur vorbeibringen. Ohne mein Einverständnis erhielt ich anschliessen eine teilweise Rückerstattung; für mich wäre eine kostenlose, persönliche Gravur im Anschluss die passendere Geste gewesen.

Auch bei der Abgabe und später bei der Abholung des korrigierten Rings war jedes Mal wieder jemand anderes zuständig. Zudem erhielt ich widersprüchliche E-Mails: Zunächst hiess es, der Ring werde verschickt und treffe erst nach dem geplanten Antrag ein. Kurz darauf folgte die Nachricht, ich müsse einen Termin zur Abholung vereinbaren, obwohl bereits einer bestand. Das zeigt, dass intern entweder automatisierte Prozesse ohne Abstimmung laufen oder schlicht niemand den Überblick behält.

Insgesamt wirkte der gesamte Ablauf unorganisiert, unprofessionell und weit unter den Erwartungen, die ich an einen Anbieter dieser Bedeutung gehabt hätte. Sehr schade, denn der Start war eigentlich vielversprechend.

Die Beraterin war zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit. Die Beratung sehr kompetent ausgeführt. Ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt und die richtige Entscheidung getroffen.

The First contact didn’t went well. Too complicated to take an appointment.The Ring is beautifull but higher then I Imagined, and that is because in the showroom there is not many choice and so easy to see the result. Overall, when you bay an important jewel for an important occasion, I still prefer a fisical shop; it’s easier to see what you are buying. Thank you and have a pleasant day

They have been very helpful and have responded very quickly to any question I have had.

I have ordered several items from 77Diamonds and overall I am very happy with the products and before sales support, but I wish I could say the same for after sales support. For my last order, I have requested to change the delivery details and have the product delivered to the store and been informed that the changes were done, but at the end they did not fulfill the request. The same happened with my first order where they delivered the items to the wrong place. Even if I am very happy with the products, after sales operations are disappointing.
